I purchased a Lifetime License for…
I purchased a Lifetime License for Wondershare MobileTrans Phone to PC to Backup my old android phone (excluding Settings and Apps) and Restore them to my new android phone. My old files (contacts, sms, photos, calendar, etc) appeared to be restored to my new phone. Total process was fast and easy.
However, my problem is my photos, albums, camera and videos, etc on my new phone were in complete disarray. Many of my old Albums (I’m a photographer, thus my Albums are very important) were empty with photos stored in general pictures and other had my photos stored in the wrong Album. Videos had the same problem. Fortunately I had manually backed up all my old android DCIM, Pictures, Videos, etc. to my PC and using the backup, it took me several hours to completely restore my new phone’s photos, albums, etc.
Also, my previous SMS Text messages had the text, but had ALL pictures and attachments on text messages deleted. For text messages with just a picture or attachment and no text, the message was completely deleted.
I was going to use MobileTrans for daily, weekly backup maintenance, but based on my experience with it, I’m not going to use it, if fact I have removed it from my PC. Very Bad Investment in a total piece of junk.

It was an easy way to resolve a problem that should not exist. I hate that wall garden between ecosistems. It could be cheaper tho... All I wanted it was a simple transfer, not a one month subscription.

The instructions are confusing
The instructions are confusing. but once I figured it out, it ran perfectly. It would not download music from phone to phone, but once I installed it on my PC and plugged both phones into the USB ports, it transferred the music perfectly from old phone to new phone and from old phone to the computer.

I had an old iphone. Whatsapp's default transfer from old phone missed many of the chats while transferring from old iphone to new android. Without realising the partial restore I started using whatsapp and later realised that some chats are missing.
I used MobileTrans to move old chats and merge with new one.

It was difficult, but it worked!
It was difficult, and some crucial instructions were unclear at the beginning (Make sure to ask about the USB preparations and firewall permissions beforehand). Finally managed to solve all the issues with the chatbot. But ultimately it did work!
