I was thinking that they had a good service but pray that you don't have any problem with them. If it is the case the reparations can take more than 8 weeks as they provide quite slow service for that. Quite disappointed

In general i like it
In general i like it, they have increased my data a couple of times without in reading the bill, the only thing that i don’t like is when I’m at central station in Antwerp, service doesn’t work if you go downstairs to the last “spoors” where you have to take the train. Some times is slow or no signal when i see others are using their phones but at very random locations, and I’m not talking about being out in a forest or something, just in the city.
