iPhone 4S Broke. Sent it in..7 days later got a brand new one!

I was very weary when i read 100% good reviews of this company. It made me suspicious. I had to claim sadly when I dropped my phone. I was told that i would have to send my phone off for repair and let them inspect wether to 'accept' the claim.
I heard nothing from Why Warranties for 7 days despite emails being sent asking what was going on. Then randomly i got a email and text from DPD saying my phone was coming back. I presumed the worst- a rejected claim seeing as I'd heard nothing. To my surprise opened a brand new iPhone 4S. Which was in better condition than my original..and guess what? They didn't even charge me the excess! So couldn't be happier.

I was dubious at first but turned out to be a brilliant buy!

I purchased a warranty from Why Warranties after receiving a leaflet with a discount code with a case I had purchased online. The code gave me a £10 discount which meant it was just £40 to insure my new iPhone for a year (hence the dubious feeling).

Well a month after buying the policy I had a kids/cola/iPhone incident that involved making a claim.

I couldn't have asked for a better service. Turnaround was very quick and phone is like new again.
