Really impressed (not) - mail them after office hours, get an acknowledgement and then a rejection within 30min, "after carefully reviewing the items..."

Read all the poor reviews but thought I would still try, I sent in an application for an offer to buy my late dad's 5 month old expensive Invacare wheelchair. Incidentally, it was one of those wheelchairs the website asked for before submitting a request. Had a reply the next day ... like all the other reviews, saying the same thing that they wouldn't be able to sell it. Why waste people' s time? Just put on your website WHAT IT IS YOU ARE WILLING TO BUY OFF PEOPLE??

I read most of the reviews which were saying "don't waste your time with this company. They do not offer a quote even when the item is in pristine condition". But I still gave it a try, hoping for the best. My wheelchair was in 'as new' condition, only used once and never used outdoors. And true to form, my request was also rejected with their generic response - "We wouldn't be able to resell.." Such a shame. I wonder how many people actually successfully manage to get a quote from them.

You can't be helpful and constructive about these guys! Don't know what their game is, but useless as per all the other reviews. Offered an excellent condition scooter, yes, old but unused for health reasons, 2017 model second hand on other sites selling for £800+ (mine is 2019) and they rejected it.

Same as all other reviews. Invacare wheelchair, less than 6 months old, never used, crash tested, RRP 2.5k. Asked for less than half RRP and just got standard response 'after carefully reviewing, unfortunately....'. Dont bother, don't waste your time!

Con company. Needs reporting to trading standards. They give you false promises and then excuse themselves from buying anything. Im surprised if they actually exist

I read all the previous reviews so was not surprised to get the generic response “sorry we are unable to sell your product”. Madness not sure they ever sell anything, don’t bother folks!

Total waste of time.Had a virtually brand new wheelchair never used outside. They replied that they wouldn’t be able to find a suitable market.
What sort of business do they run if they can’t sale mobility equipment.

Glad I'm not the only one!! Brand new scooter only used a handful of times but after "careful consideration" they don't believe it's an item they can sell...... Mobility scooter company doesn't know if it can resell a scooter that again is practically brand new.

Absolute rubbish! Avoid!

Not sure what they buy but turned me down on all 5 items I requested a quote - including a really good leather riser/recliner and a quality adjustable bed. Ironically all their reply's say 'after carefully reviewing' - yet it took them all of about 1-2 minutes to respond to the riser/recliner - so that claim seems rather weak. Personally I'm sorry I bothered.

I read the previous reviews and got more or less the same reply. I do wonder if the information I gave them will now be sold; I shall be aware of emails or calls from companies I’ve not dealt with before.

Despite all the negative reviews, I thought I would be a hopeless optimist and submit a request for a quote. Shock result (spot the sarcasm) – I almost instantly got an automated email stating: "After having reviewed the items you have for sale we feel we wouldn't be able to re sell [sic] them so on this occasion we wont [sic] be able to make an offer."

the leaflet looked attractive buy unwanted mobility equipment i thought great as been wondering how to pass them on this site is a Waste Of Time never even offered £10 for my wheelchair Crap Website

Made an enquiry to sell a mobility item but received what appears to be a standard reply:

Thank you for contacting Mobility buyers, we are very grateful you took to time to use our website to contact us. After having reviewed the items you have for sale we feel we wouldn't be able to re sell them so on this occasion we wont be able to make an offer.

What is the point of submitting a request when the response doesn't actually give a proper explanation.

Would give it 0 stars if I could to be honest.
Have now submitted 2 items both under a year old and be told, as follows ...

"Thank you for contacting Mobility buyers, we are very grateful you took to time to use our website to contact us. After having reviewed the items you have for sale we feel we wouldn't be able to re sell them so on this occasion we wont be able to make an offer.

Seems a bit of a scam to me, like they are just collecting folks emails and phone numbers to sell on to a third party !!!

Don't waste your time even looking at the site as it only has one satisfied customer and when you click the link it goes to 'More to come' Haha, as if !

same reply from them as others have had, i e mailed photos of brand new azeala wheelchair used only 6times along with other new items, their reply came unable to sell at this time, i asked why no reply came back, don't know why they advertise to buy when lookig at my reply from them and others they are not interested.

As loads of others have said, don’t waste your time asking them to sell your items. I offered them for £75 a hardly used rollator/wheelchair which had cost £500 but “After having reviewed the items you have for sale we feel we wouldn’t be able to sell them so on this occasion we won’t be able to make an offer.”!!!

This company website looks helpful, but when contacted for a quote for wheelchair and Rollators which are all in excellent condition, they our unable to make an offer as they would be unable to sell them.
Completely unhelpful and waste of time to contact them.

Not very helpful at all I have brand new electric wheelchair to sell I received a email saying unfortunately they can’t re sell it I emailed back to say why no response, just a waste of time!

Emailed me back same day. Said couldn’t resell item so wouldn’t make me an offer. Item is excellent quality. Can’t believe they couldn’t resell a wheelchair?
