You get what you pay for!

I couldn't be more pleased with my powerlifting belt.
The quality of the finished product is top notch and truly emphasises that you get what you pay for.
This belt obviously needs breaking in with it being leather, so I've been wearing for every session even though I normally would never do such a thing.
Being personalised with my own design on the back and name on the tail end makes it so unique and special.

The designing process was simple enough as I already knew what I wanted, and with the help from my daughter using paintshop, I was able to design and upload the image without any issues.
My only criticism is the website. It would be nice to be able to play around with the design before purchase. Although Dan was quick in response to my instructions and supplied an image of how my belt would look after my tweaks, I would have liked to have done most of that myself. For example, changing the colours of the image is something that most people would have the competency doing without the need to pester someone from the company to make such minor adjustments. Also, the custom powerlifting belt didn't state that it came with a belt loop (which it does) or if personalising was an option.
The website is also a bit clunky on Android and trying to position my design and stretch/shrink was a bit of a faff. That said, Dan did a wonderful job on showing how my design would look.

Overall, the quality and the look of the belt is excellent, and I do recommend this company. What is also a bonus is that my belt is British made!!

Excellent experience, top notch product.

Fantastic quality belt, made from top notch materials with outstanding craftsmanship. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase and proud to be supporting products manufactured in the UK.
Communications and transparency relating to my order and also relating to the organisation’s processes and ethos have also been first class.
From my experience, I can’t understand why this company isn’t 5 stars.

This is disappointing as i've checked and we've not had any emails from Leigh asking or enquiring about a refund. We had one email after purchase asking for clarification on a name on a product on an invoice that he ordered and no further correspondance.

Expensive but worthy the price

I ordered a custom belt from them a month ago (more or less). All design by myself. The process took long (although, they always offered express service for an extra cost), but I'm really happy with the result.

I'm completely in love with my custom belt and I totally recommend anyone whos looking into get a weightlifting belt.
Belts last for years, so why not spend a bit more money and get one you are going to be completely in love with.

I ordered a custom made weightlifting…

I ordered a custom made weightlifting belt, the overall quality is excellent and I would definitely recommend.

The reason it is 3 stars only is that I very specifically provided a picture of a black dog which ended up being produced as brown on the finished product.

I brought this up with the designer and was answered with multiple unreasonable excuses for why this happened.

Ultimately what I can observe is that hence this is a custom made belt they are unwilling to accept any responsibility for what is clearly their error, which has unfortunately soured the whole experience.

Edit : I can see the company have now replied with the same excuses which were provided to me over email. If they are intent on being transparent by providing pictures they are welcome to include the picture of the actual finished product side by side with the cartoon picture of the dog (they have this as I sent it to them over email) - It will then become apparent how laughable their response is, for the colour of the finished product is nowhere near the colours on the picture provided.

Hi Kuba
I'm sorry you were not happy with the embroidery we did on the inside of the belt. the image you sent contained a brown dog; we even sent you a picture showing the brown dog with a black square next to it to show you that there was quite clearly a difference. The image you provided looks like it's gone through some sort of cartoon effect filter. I would therefore recommend that if you require anything made with your dogs image in future use an original image. Also, if the image you provide has incorrect shading I would also mention that you want the dog to be shaded in black rather than brown.
We have not accepted responsibility because we embroidered the dog as close as possible with the embroidery threads we had (i.e. brown); had we known you wanted it black we could of course have done that.

for reference here is a picture of the image you provided with a black square in the corner. clearly the dog is dark brown in the image and not black: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0075/0252/8612/files/Layer_2.png

A rare company in this day and age

I have had 3 belts of these guys. They are so good that 2 of mine got stolen!
So now I have a custom belt, so if I see you with it, your going down.

A rare company in this day and age. The quality is only surpassed by their customer service. I think around 5 mates now have their belts. If you have any issue they will resolve it for you.

Best kit I've ever used!

Have a full range of their equipment including lever belt, weightlifting belt, knee sleeves, wrist wraps and a few other bits. Had some of those products for over 4 years and they show no sign of wear or ageing at all. The quality of the products is genuinely second to none that I have used/seen before. Proper high quality British company. Could not recommend anymore!
