My niece took to me to the Desborough shop recently to look at a rollator. Kayleigh and Martin were extremely accommodating, showing me a whole range of rollators and telling me the benefits of each. They were so patient with me, allowing me to try each of the rollators out in the showroom.
They were not pushy at all and gave me and my niece plenty of time to discuss our decision.
I love my Carbon Space rollator. It makes me feel so much safer after a couple of falls. It also helps me posture!

We visited the new Kettering store and it has loads of great things in stock. Great staff and lovely store!

Visited Cambridge shop was served of sorts needed a walker for my dad. Did show me their stock but started with the most expensive they had. I said I would be paying cash.
Picked a walker had to wait while computer was started up got my cash out ready to pay, the guy knew I was a paying in cash then told me they do not accept cash!!!
I was told there was a sign on the door, not the door I entered from only on the backdoor! I’m not telepathic and cannot see a sign on a door the other end of the shop.
I said cash is legal tender and wanted to part with cash but no.
Terrible service lowly staff.
Found much better shop that does take cash, same product much cheaper and a much better professional knowledgeable service.
Keep clear of mobility your way Cambridge. Awful.

Visited Daventry shop to enquire about an electric wheelchair, contact details taken and promised a call to discuss requirements. No contact ever made. Sent further enquiry via website but again no contact. Disappointing.
