Paid to renew and now all the data is gone and nothing new is populating. So wasted money then.

Im giving this 2 stars because the main reason i wanted it for (to hear the call recordings) doesnt work. The first time i used the service in november of last year it work perfect but now the call recordings doesnt work. Disappointed customer

Unfortunately, I have to say that I am very and deeply disappointed in Mobistealth as a provider. When I read all the positive feedback on Mobistealth, I am really surprised, because my experience is entirely different from that.
I bought Mobistealth app hoping it would work properly as it was promised. However, after only two days, the reports stopped being delivered. I turned to Mobistealth for assistance, I was advised to check if the app was not deleted, which was not the case. When I realised that I would not have any use of this app, I requested the provider to refund me the money I paid for the app. All Mobisetalth did was advising me to check things I had already checked and after that keeping quiet for days. Now, I have neither any use of the product, which is non-usable, nor the money I have spent on it.

i'm using mobistealth for last few days. happy till now as app is properly logging keystrokes, messengers and location. I hope it keeps on working like this during my whole license time period.

Mobistealth has helped me a lot. I wanted this app for my daughter to make sure she reached school safely and then came back without facing any trouble. Whenever i faced problems using this app, i contacted their tech support and was satisfied with their answers. For those who want to track their kids' whereabouts, mobistealth is very useful

I wanted to track location of my son as he was coming home late for last few weeks. I was recommended by my friend to use mobistealth. Initially i had reservations about its quality of service due to some negative reviews on internet but their customer support assured me that negative reviews are mainly posted by competitors just to create negative impression and they also have 14 day refund policy. So i decided to give them try. i'm so happy with their service till now as i can easily track location of my son . I would highly recommend their product but keep this in mind that no tracking software can be 100% perfect due to nature of product.

This app is supposed in 2019 to locate a target phone by gps, but also by wifi and cell network. In reality noone is workingsmoothly. I noticed them and they asked me to disable and enable the gps positioning in the target phone. After I did this, nothing happened. I noticed them that I still cant get locations, after this they sent my the location for one day, but the next day yhe location reports stopped again. I noticed them, and they asked me again to disable and enable the gps on the target phone. The phone location by sms command does not work on kitkat or newer os. I feel this app does not worth the money.

BEWARE. These people are nothing short of thieves. They do not honor their 14 day free trial. App is nothing special & a pain in the butt to use. Tried using it with my daughters iPhone & it constantly has problems picking it up from the backup. Customer service is awful.

They are not 24/7 technical support as advertised!
I had an issue that after 1 hour of installing the application, my data stopped uploading on their portal. They kept telling me to restart my phone, uninstall and install again, "you are not connected to internet" , "application is not on device". a bunch of B.S. and they just kept repeating like that is the only thing they know how to say!
Once i asked for a refund they stopped answering!
& they also charge more than they say! they take the initial amount that you agree on, but then look at your bank statement a couple of days later and BAM! you will see more charges from them!
HORRIBLE SERVICE! & THEIFS!

The features presented on the website are not available (iPhone features are already pretty poor, and half of them fall away when payed and installed)
Support cannot solve the problem. They know about it but because of IOS12 arrived, they only can answer "we are working on it". They do not agree on re-fund.
This is ILLEGAL. Mobistealth just steal your money and do not make the JOB.

I purchased a three month licence for Android monitoring and there were only a few records that I could actually see using this product. For example, I knew that I had sent 10 SMS messages, but only two had been logged by the software. And even then, one of the SMS had only been partially logged. It also was not recording Browser History, using the native browser as per their instructions. Also, GPS location tracking was miles out. It had me 10+ miles away from my true location, which as I was only using on myself was not an issue, but if someone was using this product to monitor someone then this could cause you major problems.
I was constantly Emailing Mobistealth.com Support advising them of the faults, each time they would come back to me asking me for Screenshots as proof. Again, I was using on my own device so not an issue, but if you were monitoring a third party covertly, how would you get their phone off them to take Screenshots?
After several attempts Mobistealth.com were unable to fix the issues. Their Web Site promises a Money back guarantee if they cannot resolve any technical issues, but despite me asking for my money back numerous times, they did not refund me. Even though their product does not work and they could not fix it. As an alternative, I asked if they could swap the license I had paid for to the iPhone monitoring Software instead, they told me that they would do this and I need to wait for them to confirm. After three weeks I had heard nothing so Emailed them again to which they replied there was not enough time left on my subscription.
