Actually not sure if this is the same site, but what's app I was sent an invite to hourjob.net to make money, seems like a scam, on hourjob this loge and Mobiteam show. 8 can't seem to be able to connect them as one of the same. So any help from yous guys at Mobi would be much appreciated! Is this you? Can I trust it?

The guys from Mobiteam did a complete redesign of our website however the site conversion rate was much lower than the original site so after 2 months, we had to hire another agency to fix it.

Both before starting the project and during the actual work, we were constantly assured that they are "true professionals" and are using the best practices in terms of web design, user experience and web development, however as we've seen in practice (and later was pointed out by another agency), their design and development practices aren't really "best practice" which in turn decreased our site's conversion rate and our overall sales.

As an example I can give the discussion we had about the top menu. We insisted that we keep the main categories in the top menu and include a search box so that it would be easier for users to find our products, however they always insisted that from their experience as "true professionals", this is not a best practice. Instead they added the blog and about us pages, which indeed, are important pages but much less important than the top categories and the search box.

And that's just one example when they used their so called experience as "true professionals" to disregard our comments and needs. We had other similar discussions where our opinion was silenced or implemented in a skewed way. And we are the actual client so our opinions and feedback should be at the core of our cooperation.

After we've showed them that our conversions and sales decreased and requested a refund, they refused. They didn't want to give us even a partial refund.

In the end we got months of wasted time and money, loss of sales and an overall bad experience.

Mobiteam delivered us the Web and Mobile App we requested. We had the mockups done by our own team, and the continued the projects with the development only. Both frontend and backend. We liked the cooperation. Well organized and often sprints. Have a good feedback for them.
