One of the worst companies I've ever crossed paths with. I strongly advise you to not waste any pennies on this company.

You buy a product that initially seems an expensive well manufactured product. Then you start to see problems with your device, and then you try to contact their costumer service.

Here is the reality, their products are good concepts and seem powerful, but they are really bad actually, the metal of tic watch gps 3 is a low grade metal, and the "glass" is just plastic, already with full of scratches. The hardware is not good, my watch is almost 10 months old, and everyday already has bugs, the battery is dead after 2 to 3 hours, and today it just doesn't turn on!! Just think, I wasted 200€ on this crap.

The worst part of all??? COSTUMER SERVICE!
The watch's warranty is a crappy 30% discount to buy a new one!!! What in the hell company does this? "Sorry but we only offer discounts to compensate your unluck".

Garbage company, garbage watches.

I bought a pair of Mobvoi gesture control earbuds. The concept of controlling the earbuds with head movements was intriguing. However, despite being on charge all day, the earbuds wouldn't charge or connect. Also, when on charge, the earbuds were emitting a strange gnat-like buzzing sound, which was annoying. As a result, I was unable to determine whether the gesture control feature worked. I happily returned them to the store!

Mobvoi ticwatch is a load of rubbish...it keeps disconnecting, nothing is accurate, avoid this cheap thing and buy a watch that works.

They forced new system update on my watch, when I left it to charge. When I realised that, I could not disconnect it from Bluetooth and stop it. In the end all my data was lost and with new system battery lost 20% in the space of 20minutes. I was forced to download another app and delete two. I could not charge watch over 87%. I emailed Mobvoi support, who did not answer to any of my questions. They did not care at all nor followed requests nor showed any interest. I really liked the watch , but Mobvoi turned it into a toy. They did not show any care. Zero interest from their side. Luckily I bought it on Amazon, who offered me a refund. Ticwatch was a good alternative to more expensive brands, but their support is non-existent, so in the end it is better to pay more and have any reliable support after. I did not ask for any update and would not agree to any, but manufacturer does not care about it at all.

Ordered new Ticwatch but you dont get any information about the shipping. Only thing you receive is a not working track and trace code. Support only available by email.

Worst experience. These guys are scammers. Don't recommend to buy their product. I've filed a case against them with the Swedish Consumer Authority and planning on writing to Amazon.se so they don't sell their product. They will take your money and never deliver.

The "waterproof" TicWatch 3 Pro gone defective after exposure to water!

On my request to repair the watch they stated the warrantee is expired and they don't offer any paid repairments, and I should "buy another TicWatch 3 Pro watch from them".

For your own sake boycott this pathetic company.

Ordered the Mobvoi home treadmill pro on black friday this year, thought id go directly through them instead of amazon as i thought it would be better, however i was so wrong, treadmill turned up broken, obviously used and missing parts, on closer inspection i saw that on the box was a faded amazon return label on it - reason for return - defective! So the actual company is palming off broken and bashed up returns and aren't even making a decent job at hiding it! Tried to call their UK customer service number but their offices are closed and run on ''Pacific time'' so that number isnt even on UK hours! Website seems to be down now too, going to have to go on a full on warpath to get this junk removed from my house and a full refund, avoid like the plague.

It's disheartening to witness their lack of accountability and disregard for loyal customers who invested in their earlier innovation. I strongly recommend potential buyers to steer clear of this company's offerings until they demonstrate a genuine commitment to supporting their existing user base and fulfilling promised updates.

Invest wisely and opt for brands that prioritize customer experience and follow through on their commitments.

After 2 years all hope is lost, even if they manage to update to wearOS 3 we already lost 2 years of use of our product and wearOS 4 is around the corner so we will be in the same situation. Never gonna buy anything else from this company, we learned this the hard way

I bought the Ticwatch 3 Pro for the sole purpose of the comparably longer battery life compared to it's competitors and the Wear OS 3 update they have been promising ever since the watch was launched. Now my watch is ultimately useless and only 20% useful. Mobvoi has failed to deliver on the Wear OS 3 promise. I am also fed-up of raising this issue on official forums especially the Mobvoi official FB group. Some say to sell the watch and stop complaining, others say leave the group and stop troubling us. Initially, such concerns were being deleted by the admin itself, but now I've seen a host of fake profiles defending Mobvoi no matter what and telling heartbroken customers to get lost, or just buy the new Ticwatch 5 if you're desperate for the Wear OS upgrade. This shows enough about the current customer base, and if Mobvoi officials are actually behind those accounts, it shows the ethical responsibility of the company to it's customers. There's also been reports found of companies indulging in unethical practices like creating fake accounts and promoting/discouraging their consumers /products on some social platforms. I will not be surprised if Mobvoi is one of them. IF THEY HAVEN'T FULFILLED THEIR PROMISE FOR TICWATCH 3 PRO, YOU CAN BE SURE THE SANE WILL HAPPEN FOR FUTURE UPDATES WITH THE TICWATCH 5 PRO. DISGUSTING EXPERIENCE INCLUDING THE DECISION BY GOOGLE TO STOP ASSISTANT SUPPORT. No wonder people move to apple. I hope the company delivers their promise soon, OR THEY PERISH IF THEY DON'T. DISGUSTING.

We bought 20 watches from Mobvoi 2020. as a wholesaler. A year later, 11 defective watches were returned to us by customers, and since then our nightmare with the Mobvoi company has started. We sent them reports about malfunctions, bad batteries, videos showing problems, etc. Today, two years after delaying support, they say the warranty has expired! Keep away from this company, Stay away from this company , you'll lose money and customers!

Bought a ticwatch pro ultra, with a promise from mobvoi that it will get an upgrade to wear os 3, more than a year later, that did not happen.

Never buying any product from this company again. Plenty of other products on the market with better support.

I bought a treadmill which went faulty after 3 months. I am still waiting for a refund. Their support is very poor

Company with good products and worst customer support. Even they promised that Tikwatch 3 Pro Ultra will be upgraded to Wear OS 3, after 2 years almost, its not upgraded and watch is outdated. Most of apps stopped to work, because they dont provided any update from 2021. Terrible terrible support. Dont recommend to buy anything from this company.

So their products seem good and slightly cheaper than Samsung or Google. However both watches I purchased had the same issue and ticwatch pretend to investigate but actually do nothing and eventually just say have to go back to where I bought it from. I did that and they advised to go to the manufacturer (which seen as though it's their product seems right). But they keep saying go away.

Purchasing the Ticwatch Pro 3 has been nothing short of a nightmare. Eagerly awaiting the WearOS 3 update after its flashy announcement at Google IO, I find myself still empty-handed over a year later. This isn't just about waiting for an update – it's about a brand selling a device under the banner of promises, only to leave its users in the dark.

Now, my once-promising piece of tech is dubbed "outdated." Google Assistant support? Axed. Modern app compatibility? Non-existent. But wait, there's more. In a futile attempt to salvage some functionality, I reached out to join the WearOS 3 beta program. Not only was I ignored, but the response I finally received was cold, robotic, and void of any genuine understanding or solution.

I've seen numerous 1-star reviews detailing similar experiences, and yet it seems Mobvoi remains comfortably silent. If flooding the market with broken promises and then turning a deaf ear to their once-loyal user base is their strategy, they're succeeding. Unless you're in the market for disappointment and tech that's prematurely deemed obsolete, steer clear of Ticwatch.

I bought a TicWatch 5 Pro via amazon. The total experience was like this
- After 3 month usage while taking a shower water got into the watch and destroyed it completely. Mobvoi declined a warranty replacement as they say taking a shower with the watch is not supported. For me this is unbelievable as they claim the watch is 5 ATM water resistant.
- The software on the watch and the app on the phone is garbage. Bad sync of the data. Incorrect sleep tracking, ...
- Easily got scratches on the window glass

Step count, ticsleep and a couple of other functions stopped working after 18 months.
Mobvoi don't offer repairs and although EU warranty is 2 years, UK is only 1 year!
So, discount offered on a new watch?.... 40%
I would expect this after 3 years, so after 18 months should be 70%. Mobvoi won't budge. Shocking.
