Got TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra around it's launch in November 2021. It's a good looking watch... There ends the story. Other than being outdated now, it has poor health sensors. The company had promised that the device will get updated to wear os 3 by mid of 2022... It's March 2023 and there is no update as yet. And the best part is, no one in Mobvoi seems to know whether it will happen or not.

I bought the TicWatch Pro 3 GPS and returned the GalaxyWatch Pro 4 46mm because Mobvoi promised an update to Wear OS 3.

absolutely terrible company with even worse customer service, they are blatantly misleading their customers and ignoring them when queried on their deceitful business practices. Make promises they have zero intentions on delivering on. Completely ignore their customers concerns regarding the undelivered promises, while actively promoting new products/software! However don’t take my word for it, head over to their official support page on facebook and read the comments of their existing customers, you’ll soon see why they are all ready to boycott Mobvoi and go to a reputable manufacturer! Absolutely disgraceful

Overrated products without any after care through updates. Don't use the app by Mobvoi for your data because it is useless and slow. I have paid 300 EUR for TWP 3 and got mediocre watch with max 30 hours battery. And I use it lightly. I have watches made by Amazfit and Huawei, they are cheaper and way way better battery wise or user wise.
And no Wear OS 3 for you.

Inflates specifications of their smartwatches (claimed their TicWatch Pro 3 had a Snapdragon 4100+ when it has a 4100).

Rarely updates their smartwatches (still waiting for their promised Wear OS 3 update after years).

Sells ~100 watchfaces without clearly stating they only work with their smartwatches (I switched to a Pixel Watch after the battery on my TicWatch Pro 3 Ultra virtually died after ~1 year and now I can't use the ~100 TicWatch watchfaces I wasted €100+ on).

Ignores e-mails (contacted them about malfunctioning/missing watchfaces, never heard back).

Unilaterally and surreptitiously removes paid watchfaces from the Google Play Store and demands TimeShow subscription to restore them.

I love the Ticwatch Pro 3 GPS, which I purchased via Amazon UK in June 2022 but the aftersales support from Mobvoi is absolutely atrocious. I purchased the watch on the much-publicised expectation that it would "soon" be receiving the Wear OS 3 update but there is no sign of this happening and despite numerous attempts to solicit a response from Mobvoi my emails to them have met with a deafening silence. At the very least I would have expected some form of acknowledgment.
I do not have any issues with the watch itself but this experience has left me questioning Mobvoi's aftersales service and their apparent disregard for their customers.

I ordered the TicWatch E3

The delivered package was a pair of shoes!

The shipping Label from Canada Post has the sender's information. Sender information cannot be found online. Leading me to believe MOBVOI uses fraudulent business for distribution.

Stay away from this company if you want trusted products and delivery.

Ordered a TWP Ultra on boxing day morning it arrived 3 days later, great service! The watch itself is fantastic, I've had TWP for three years now which was quite laggy and the battery was loosing power so I thought it was time to upgrade, the difference is night and day! Navigation is fast and smooth and the battery will last easily 48 hours including 2 night's sleep tracking and about 90 minutes GPS tracking workouts. Haven't tried it in water yet so can't connect on the IP rating but overall very pleased with it and if it lasts as long as the first To watch I'll be a very happy bunny!

Just rubbish. The package arrived damaged and Mobvoi don't care and won't do anything about it. The ticwatch Pro 3 is really buggy. They actively remove features rather than fix them. The sensors don't work well. Wear OS 3 still hasn't arrived for the Pro 3 and I suspect it never will. Just do not buy watches from Mobvoi. Terrible all round experience.

No customer support after sale. My TicE3 has not had software supports and fails to collect basic health data.

I bought a Ticwatch GTH, all sounded great with a nice spec and it worked really well - until I went for a swim in the sea and it immediately died! Just 1 month after purchase!
It was rated waterproof to 5ATM, however I was then informed by Mobvoi that the small print actually says not suitable for sea swimming!!! So just where would the 5ATM come in handy!
I contacted Mobvoi - very apologetic, and finally offered me a discount to buy another... It was just that the discount equated to slightly more than the price I had purchased it for...
They need to sort out their product specs and their rubbish after sales service.

Bought a Ticwatch Pro 3 Ultra GPS, the top model.

The watch was a little buggy, but worked pretty well and looked good, it even was capable of making phone calls!

Sadly after 5 months, the LCD stopped working and the watch didn't always power on. I contacted Mobvoi and they said that the warranty was not valid, because I bought it direct from Amazon.co.uk - and they are a 3rd party. I find this a very suprising tactic as Amazon are huge, but buyer beware with TicWatch and Mobvoi.

To Amazon's credit, they have refunded me for this, but shame on Mobvoi and TicWatch - appalling after sales service.

If your watch breaks in Europe you may not have a guarantee to get it fixed.

I have had 3 Ticwatchés and have been very happy (all top models) Now my last one broke down under warranty so I wrote Movoi. The watch is for water activity and proof til swimming, but I only used it for showering. The complaint was turned down because the watch cant handles soap, which must be the worst product design for water use ever made.
I have been very happy about the products, but apparently, it is time to upgrade to a product made for daily use.

I bought a TicWatch Pro 3 GPS, The watch works ok, but the battery life is garbage and after having it for less than a year, the screen has a crack (I can't say how, it was never abused). I guess for $300 I figured it would have gorilla glass. I contacted for warranty, they say "We are sincerely sorry that your product belongs to man-made damage, which will not covered by our warranty service." Then offered an exchange for 30% off the full price of a new watch.

This is a scam company we bought a treadmill from, then they tried to double bill us saying we split the payment with their splitit app for double the advertised price? They are sending harassing emails but we just cancelled the credit card they were trying to charge. Don't buy any of their products!!! beware!

I've recently purchased Ticwatch Pro 3 GPS directly from Mobwoi. I'm very statisfied with watch quality, offered discounts, shipping expedience, online registration process for additional warranty. Will purchase from them again.

Nothing works properly on this watch . customer service almost inexistent and when they do decide to write you dont expect to solve the problem . i could not return the watch .

Apologies for the long review but there are MANY problems with the device I purchased ant the companies response is also lacking. I got these a couple months ago, several of my help tickets have gone unanswered, or I was told I can't be helped. The Bluetooth never connects properly, I have to forget the device on the watch, pair to my phone, then turn the phone Bluetooth off and allow the earbuds to roam to the watch and reconnect through the Spotify app to make it work. This is true with Bose and JLab earbuds, I was told "they don't guarantee their product works with any 3rd party device" and was given no further support. Unlike other watch brands the watch face complications are not live, and sometimes don't update at all. This is true of the faces that came with it and 3rd party ones, always on recording and other settings have no effect on this. I have to let Strava record a couple minutes before it can can get get GPS signal, the only fix is to record a dummy workout until it gets signal, then restart. I know it's not entirely on them but the 3rd party apps are slow and sluggish requiring restarting far more than my old galaxy frontier S3. All and all it takes 30 minutes to pair the earbuds and get Strava working before a run. The companion app is incomplete as well, some menus are empty, say 'fix(menu item)', or they never bothered to translate from Chinese to English. I have been ghosted several times by their support in attempt to address these issues. The device has been out over a year, they have no intent to fix them or provide a better product.

I bought a ticwatch pro 3 from them and within 2 months the FTSN screen stopped working.

I contacted them and they provided a replacement now less than 5 months later the replacement wont even turn on and they wont replace it.

The watch is rated for IP68 and pool swimming suitable but they are saying this wears off over time so they are not replacing.

Stay away from mobvoi products they are not fit for purpose.

I bought TicWatch pro 3 LTE, which is very good product, battery last for 3 days easily with using all functions. GPS is very accurate even you are wearing at home watch will count steps. customer services is also good and very helpful. I will recommend this watch. Thanks ticwatch
