I was a bit suspicious of this website at first. However, seeing a few reviews on reddit and seeing that they have a brick and mortar location eased my worries of any possible scam. I've been using my Plan B travel pouch for about a year now, and I love it. I had also ordered some "goal tracking" notecards (which I stopped using after a month, but still) and a small instax photo binder—crucial component of a Valentines day gift— in a separate order a couple weeks later.

They might be marking up the prices a tiny bit so that the "promo" prices seem much lower, but all in all I've received decent quality products, well packaged and as described.

I think I may have left a VERY frustrated review about the fact that they ship with one of those awful contractor shipping companies similar to Uber, where instead of using an actual shipping company like UPS or FedEx or God forbid the actual US Postal Service, they just send some random Joe to drive it out to you, and they have no ability to use critical thinking skills if they encounter something like a gate or an apartment complex. Or I might have deleted it. But that will be the deciding factor on whether or not I order from this site again, and it's the only reason I don't give 5 stars. If I can pay MORE for shipping, with the peace of mind that an actual delivery driver will drop it off, I would.

I’ve used MochiThings countless times for stationary, notepads, stickers, and more. As a writer and previous uni student, I’ve used MochiThings for over three years and have ordered about 10 different times (and my family has used it too for gifts), so I can attest the quality of the order. It can take between a few days to over a week so shipping is sometimes inconsistent, but my last order was placed a couple days before Christmas and it came a day or two after (it was not a gift).

I can't even review the items because they NEVER ARRIVED. No updates on when they will arrive, and I just emailed customer service asking for some kind of a refund. I still want my items but it is ridiculous that they are taking this long to arrive, especially when the website says 2-5 days. It's been over a week! Insane, don't shop here if you want to get the experience they tell you you're going to get.

1) TONS of clever and creative items at great prices. Usually have sales and the website is kept up to date
2) Seattle based company. Ships very quick. Provides accurate tracking number and email follow up system. Well organized receipts are stored online so you can look up what you purchased even months later.
3) Great for students, busy parents, and anyone who wants to brighten up and organize their day while staying on budget.
