The company emailed me to ask me to write a review for a free gift. Now I see why they have any positive reviews at all. My experience was terrible. I ordered two sweaters and a dress. The quality was like a Halloween costume and the sizing was wrong. When I asked to send back the dress for refund they tried to talk me out of it saying they would offer 20% off my next purchase and I should give the dress to a friend. When I responded saying that would not work they said I could send back the dress at my own expense (which the shipping was well over what the item cost me). They guaranteed no actual return options, despite saying they take returns on their website.
DO NOT BELIEVE THE GOOD REVIEWS- THEY ARE FAKE.
I reported this company to the FCC.

So I bought 3 different outfits from this site mainly as a tester to see if I'd buy from them in the future and for most part I would! Everything came quickly and packed nicely, and everything came that I ordered was there. The only thing that I have to complain about would be the swimsuit I bought, cute as hell BUT they gave me the wrong size (the bag said one size and the actual swimsuit said another) so it was way too big and there was a lot of fraying on it. The other two outfits were cute and fit properly, was exactly like the photo which I was super happy with. Overall I'd buy from them again.

I enjoyed my items! They were also quick to respond to me when there was a certain item not in stock! Everything they sell is very cute!

I purchased a beautifully styled grey sweater and a satin slip dress to wear under it. Very cool contrast in fabrics.
It was a birthday gift for my granddaughter and she looked adorable in it.
The combination of price, quality, design, photo was exactly like the product and the promptness of shipment will make us repeat customers.

I ordered 4 different sets of clothing from them based on their sizing chart and they all cam in too small. I messaged them to try and find out if I could send them back and get a bigger size since their sizing chart was incorrect. They said that they do not do any exchanges and I would need to buy another set to get a bigger size. They suggested that I give the items to a friend or they could give me 20% off my next purchase. I have never had such an issue with a clothing place before and was surprised at how they responded. It was also a bit difficult to get in touch with them to let them know about this issue. I will never purchase another item from them because of their no exchange polices. They also were late in sending out the items.

The customer service was great and responded in less than a day. They were very friendly, albeit there were quite a few grammatical errors that seemed strange. It's not too big of a deal though, and I appreciate how they went out of their way to stop the carrier and switch my order when I made a careless mistake. The dresses look exactly as pictured, except some of them don't have washing instructions. I will note that a lot of people have said that the outfits here are more expensive here than elsewhere, which I didn't figure out until recently; hence why I deducted a star. Overall, I don't regret my purchase, but I likely won't buy from here again.

Overall the quality of material felt cheap. One of the pieces I got was supposed to be a sweatshirt dress and when I got it it fit like a normal sweatshirt was definitely not like the one the model was wearing. For reference I'm only 4'11 most likely smaller than the model and it still didn't fit with me sizing up. You'd have to be like 3ft for it to be a dress.

Worst experience ever. Adv misleading, proposing as the First image a full dress with a sweater but you were actually buying only One of those. As i have written to them, not even an excuse. Do not buy here. Also: i am 1.69 and size L Is super tiny 😪. Impossible to have the refund.

It was great. Though the dino hoodie didn‘t have the lighter green color like in the picture, it‘s still adorable and I love it. I like all the stuff I got and I might order from them again ^^

I love the clothes! They are my favorite.
The wait time can be a few weeks to a few months but if you reach out to them they will send you tracking numbers & keep you in the loop.
If they run out of inventory you can choose a new item. I recommend!

The snow mountain windbreaker was nice, but there are a lot of loose threads. My own experience with the customer service was quite poor as it took a lot of effort to trace my package from the local courier due to lack of information. They were also quite slow in responding as well as updating me on the shipping. So this could’ve been better. Generally, really disappointed by the quality of the product as there are many loose threads in the sewing, and it wasn’t as advertised in the display and model.

Almost everything you can find on Madokawa you can find for much cheaper on Yesstyle for the same quality. However, I waas tempted to take advantage of their flash sale offers, yet even though my order was over $89 dollars and should have qualified for free shipping the shipping came to a whopping $500,000?! In what world would shipping cost that much for a mere ten clothing items? I wish I could attach screenshots to this because you truly have to see it too believe it. Obviously, I did not buy anything. What a waste of time. Just use Yesstyle instead.

They had items listed as free, and once you go to checkout your shipping price is expensive even though they say on their site that shipping is $10. Absolutely has to be a scam site.
