SCAMMER - DO NOT BUY

⭐ 1/5 - ZERO STARS IF I COULD
THEY SENT ME THE EXACT PRODUCT I SAID I DIDN'T WANT
On October 16, 2025, I explicitly told Andrew I DID NOT WANT MODALERT. I ordered Waklert (armodafinil). What did they send me? MODALERT. How do you screw this up when I literally told you what NOT to send? This isn't a minor mix-up. I was crystal clear about what I needed.
COMMUNICATION WAS A NIGHTMARE
On September 25th when Canada Post went on strike, I asked for my tracking number. A simple, reasonable request for MY OWN ORDER. Had to ask MULTIPLE times just to get basic information. Getting anything from these people is like pulling teeth.
A MONTH OF LIES AND DELAYS
September 11: Asked about Waklert availability, told stock coming "tomorrow, probably Monday"
September 16: Paid $200, being flexible with alternatives due to their inventory issues
September 29: Tried ordering from website. ERROR. Told armodafinil out of stock for "probably 2 weeks"
October 16: Wrong product arrives
Nearly a MONTH of runaround, delays, and excuses. Their inventory management is a complete joke.
ZERO ACCOUNTABILITY
After sending the wrong product following a month of terrible service, I requested a refund on October 16th. Response? NOTHING. No apology, no accountability, no attempt to make it right. Just silence.
I paid $200 for a specific product on September 16th. I explicitly stated what I didn't want on October 16th. They sent me exactly what I said I didn't want and now won't refund me.
BOTTOM LINE
This is systematic failure: website doesn't work, inventory is a mess, communication is non-existent, they sent the wrong product, and there's zero customer service when they screw up.
Save yourself the headache and money. There are better suppliers who actually send what you order, communicate professionally, and take responsibility for their mistakes.
I WANT MY REFUND. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE.

A great source

Product delivered in a reasonable amount of time. With the exception that more often than the delivery comes in two separate packages and twice. One package is even Me was mailed back to the source and that was being mailed back to me once again.. other than that that product is top-notch and high-quality
