Ordered a CTS intake on July 1st which supposedly was supposed to ship in 3 days well after about a week I got nothing. I emailed them multiple times trying to get an update or cancel my order and no response. Finally I got a response saying a “order cancellation request” would be made and i would get updated welp I got no update. They also replied to a email I sent on giving me an update on the order and they said we will check with the warehouse and update you once again no update. I’m hoping to get the money back from my bank after a month of bs and 10+ emails unanswered. Absolute waste of my time and money stay far away from this website.

Worst Company I have ever dealt with. I have an order still waiting to be delivered from 5 months ago. After multiple attempts in contact. I have received no contact. Ive reported to the BBB and still nothing received even to them. if I could give zero stars I would.

Same thing as everyone. Placed an order for a part, paid in full supposedly was a same day buy same day shipping, however my order is still "Processing". Sent requests for shipping updates, got a general response of let me check... I gave it a day or two, wrote again and never got a response back. Since then, I've been emailing daily for an update and still have yet to get a response. Finally sent a request to cancel, still nothing... As of today 7/29 my order that was placed 7 days ago is still processing. This company is trash and a total scam. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE, TOTAL SCAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a part for my Mercedes under financing. After not receiving it for almost a month their support said they were talking to the manufacturer. Over 6 months later and they won't return any calls or emails about canceling the order. Definitely a scam site and not worth losing your money.

Horrible scam business they will never send ur tracking number and ignore all your support emails save your time and money go to fpc euro or ecs screw this scam business!!!!!!! Wish u could do negative stars

I've been making payments on items I never received ... I cannot cancel. Do not buy from them. It's a scam

So i have mixed feeling still about this company and i think some of that comes from all the bad reviews i read and some from exactly how thing were handled i will say this it all worked out it the end and i got my products but let me break down how this went i needed a high flow cat had my mom order it from them on like wednesday she didnt bother to tell me she was struggling to get a tracking number and was having trouble getting a solid response on thursday about it so i ordered a tune and tuner from them on thursday it said ships same day which it was lat thursday so i expected one friday comes no tracking and saturday no track on eaither order i relize wait a minute i call old mom up "hey mom did you ever get a trackin number" she sais no ive been emailing getting the run around she sais did you look up reveiws on this place im like no its a major seller of all the big name product in the euro car mod sceen why would i she sais well let me look and finds all the bad reveiws and reads them off i have a melt down i need these parts i need my car back on the road i cant put my k04 turbo in my a4 without my cat and my tune so at this point im think im never going to get this stuff so i dispute on pay pal i think that was smart thank god i payed with paypal i also requested a cancelation im thinking pay pal will get my money back so i order another tune from another big name company and a high flow cat from directly from cts monday rolls around i get a reply they will cancel thank god then i get a email we can have your tune next day well i decide dang mabey i misjudged these guys so i let them ship the tune and i get a over night tracking number that was verified later that night as on the way cool thank god 800 bucks is alot of money its every penny i had stuck a way for a rainy day

No my mom did the same thing filed dispute and requested cancelation but the response she got was we can expidite if you cancel your dispute or refund so as i hadnt got a confirmation that the tune had been picked up i found that a lil scary to cancel the dispute with pay pal with a tracking number showing its on the way and what if she couldnt reopen the dispute so had her just ask to cancel it they say they would now here is the lil hickup i didnt like they just went ahead and shipped it anyways the next day which is today but also over night

So im giving them 4 stars because they did fix it i told them hey i need my car on the road by friday they are making this happen did i have to dispute and complain yeah sure did but they came through i would recommend using paypal but hey they have good deals on the products i need will i use them again damn right i will not on somthing i need in a week but if i needed to save 40 bucks on a 300$ part i dont need for 2 weeks im not afraid to email and dispute for it now that i know what i got to do they do seem to be afraid of pay pal so use that if you need to but yeah

I ordered an ecu tune from modded euro. Their website says 1 day tune assigned. It’s been about two weeks. I sent multiple email to them. Still haven’t gotten the tune. Also they went silent about a week ago. It was my mistake ordering from without doing a research. Their website seems legit but the google reviews are full of complaints.

Would give a 0 if possible.
They take your money and never get the product!!
No phone number should have been the huge red flag.
Only send auto emails about your order.
Do not make a purchase and dispute the transaction!!

Same as many reviews here, should have done my research first. Ordered a part months ago and they have not shipped it, and will literally ignore your emails asking what is going on. Order from somewhere else.

Ordered item about a month ago still haven't received the item. Very poor communication and will not be using this website ever again.

Ordered stage 1 ECU and DSG tune for golf R MK7.
They did nothing for over a month on the order so I've had to cancel it and dispute the charge as fraud. These people are incompetent at best, scammers at worst.

2 weeks out and still not shipping. Said it was in stock and shipping same day so I reached out to get a status update a week ago and just got a generic response. Now they're completely ignoring me and it still says 'Awaiting Processing'. I would suggest order your products elsewhere.

Well I ordered my stuff weeks ago and still haven't received a shipping date or any update for that matter all I have is a confirmation email and order number. These guys are super crooks. I should have read the reviews before ordering anything. I thought since they were close I would receive fast. They are scammers and do not care about the customer at all. How are they even in business. Also how do I get my money back

If you’re looking for good customer service or service in general you’re looking in the WRONG Place, DO NOT BUY anything from this joke of a company, I placed an order on the 3rd of Feb and had to cancel my order 3 weeks after dude to no response. I sent like 7 emails to “customer service “ later didn’t even receive a confirmation email regarding anything no tracking no , follow ups , just lame ass excuses like (covid ) ,my fellow car enthusiasts be warned this isn’t the place for us.

They are basicly scammers.They will take your money and 90% wont send anything 10% they will just send you random,used part.Stay Away,dont waste your money.

I purchased the intergrated engineering flash tool, ecu, and tcu software for Black Friday. Received the flash tool with no credits applied. Contacted Ken from modded euros and these guys told me the order was completed. How is it completed with I have negative credits when I tried to flash?!? I paid 1400 dollars for a flash tool. They stopped responding to my emails and their phone lines don’t work because of covid? Like how many years ago was that! I contacted intergrated engineering directly and they told me since it was a third party transaction they could not do anything, but the credits should have been applied as soon as I purchased. I contacted modded euros back again, filled out a return form and have never heard back since. What a joke. So now I am out 1400 dollars and all I am left with is an overpriced odb tool. Absolutely, ridiculous and the worst customer service I have ever encountered. Do yourself a favor and buy direct, these guys are crooks and slimy third party middle men. I wish I could give them 0 stars.

Worst company ever... I made a mistake ordering from this company.

This company has variety of European parts , fast shipping, Finance options available . I got a CTS High flow catted downpipe and my M3 F80 sounds aggressive, love it .
