I ordered 3 watches on November 29, 2025, and received them on January 6, 2026, which is an absolutely too long delivery time. The retailer's website is misleading because it states they have a Trustpilot rating of 4.9, while in reality, it is 3.9. It also says the store is in Spain, but the watches were shipped from China. I feel misled and disappointed about this. Two of the watches are fine, but one is not in gold color as I expected; instead, it is rose gold. Overall, I would rate the experience 2.5 out of 5. However, I must admit they always replied to my emails.

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others.
I ordered a watch in early December because the website clearly stated the company was based in Spain and that production and delivery would take 7–15 working days. This was meant to be a Christmas present.
That promise was completely false.
After ordering, I discovered the watch was shipped via a China → Netherlands → Spain route, with weeks of no updates. Customer support repeatedly reassured me everything was “on track”, only to later admit that the order should already have been delivered and that an investigation had to be opened with the courier.
Christmas came and went. I was the only person in my family without a present to open.
What makes this worse is the pattern: after researching reviews, I found many customers reporting waits of 1–2 months, vague tracking, and the same scripted responses. This does not feel like a one-off delay — it feels systematic.
If I had known the real shipping origin and timeline, I would never have placed this order.
This company’s marketing is misleading, the delivery promises are unrealistic, and the customer experience is deeply disappointing. I strongly recommend avoiding this brand unless you are prepared to wait months and accept broken promises.
I regret this purchase entirely. (AFTER A MONTH AND A HALF STILL HAVEN'T GOT MY WATCH)

Not happy I bought two watches
Not happy I bought two watches and one had a broken bracelet told them about it and this wasn't covered by their warranty just the watch! Unprofessional considering what I'd spent with them. Needles to say I will never purchase from this business again.
I have updated as Moddys have reviewed and have said they will replace the bracelet. Otherwise we are happy with the watches

Ordered on 1st December as a Christmas present watches arrived 2 weeks after Christmas. After looking through the website for a few weeks we decieded to purchase a gift from there. It very clearly states made in a workshop in Seville so it was surprising to me that the watches ended up coming from ASIA. This is Misrepresentation / False Advertising and I will be reporting this to European Consumer protection agency.

Me and business partner brought a couple of watches and the pins to clasp and bracelet stripped the thread straight ways on first use
Straps etc are not under warranty and wanted to charge me £27 for a new one. Yet it was brand new and first wear.
Customer satisfaction should be priority on a new company and wish I had read some of the reviews on here before purchasing.
Will not be using moddys ever again and will be airing my thoughts on the watch forums we talk on
Bad times for moddys really.

I ordered 3 watches from them… "Not happy"
I ordered 3 watches from them for christimas.
While the quality of the watch is self is good, the clasp is dangerously sharp, and i mean dagerously to the point of cutting my self multiple times while doing normal tasks like putting a t'shirt on or anything like that.

Watch arrived!
Despite some delays due to Christmas, the watch arrived today and my impressions are of its quality and looks. I asked for a small customisation which made it a little more personal. It all adds to how it looks and feels. While I definitely would have liked it sooner, its understandable that Christmas messes with all deliveries. Fairness to their customer service, they were always prompt in their responses.

Overall this was a really great experience. The watch is gorgeous! Nice weight and details. Well done! Shipping took about 3-4 weeks but it was ordered(11/30) during the holiday season which can definitely add shipping time from overseas. Moddy's customer service was always responsive and very professional when responding to my inquiries. I will definitely be a repeat customer!

Slow time of delivery
While I am pleased with the quality of the watches, the delivery time left much to be desired. The website says 15 days and mine took over a month. I ordered them on Black Friday. They were meant for Christmas presents but didn’t get delivered until 12/28.

Absolute garbage company
Absolute garbage company. Product is garbage and customer service is even worse. Ordered a watch that took months to arrive. At one point all tracking was lost and communication ceased. Over 2 weeks after tracking was lost the watch randomly showed up. It wasn't even what I ordered. Totally different watch and to boot, IT DIDN'T EVEN WORK! Like most have said, customer service acts like they want to help but they don't. They admitted it was their fault and PROMISED it had never happened before. I sent pics as proof and they told me they would refund me, reimburse me for return shipping and "make it right." I agreed and they gave me shipping instructions. Here is where it gets shady and affirms the scam. First they tell me to ship it to someone named Manuel Lozano at a personal residence (huge house in Spain). They then wanted me to lie on the customs form so they avoid fees. I ask, who gets in trouble if that goes wrong? I DO! I was honest on the customs form, paid $100USD just to ship it back (because they refuse to provide any prepaid shipping label reaffirming the scam) and send it back. They got mad and retaliated by refusing to refund me even though I could prove confirmed return delivery back to them (or Manuel Lozano, whoever that is). Email after email. WhatsApp after WhatsApp and I get the same responses acting like they want to be helpful. After emailing and WhatsApp almost everyday for 6 months and having to finally file a claim with my credit card I get a refund but no shipping reimbursement. I attempt to contact and they refuse to reimburse. It has now been 10 months and I'm still out $100USD for this absolute trash product and trash company.
**UPDATE** And as you can see from the generic and fake response to this review, they are not interested in telling the truth, solving customer issues or taking responsibility ruining a customer experience with cheap, poorly made trash. And they still owe me $100USD that they will try and ignore by never making mention of it. If I could post all the email correspondence with all their broken promises, I would!
