This is a scammer company. I ordered a drees but never received a confirmation email nor the package. In other words, they stole my money.
I wouldn’t recommend buying from this store. While it appears to be based in the Netherlands, orders actually come from China. My order arrived much later than expected, and the quality was extremely poor—nothing like the pictures. Returning the item is also a hassle, as you need to request a return label via email, but they don’t respond. Unfortunately, a lesson learned.

Don't buy anything here! They're a scammer company of online clothes shopping. They cancelled my order after the money written off from my credit card. I contacted them by emails, no reply. Company registered number is fake, they just simply copied website with link waiting for ppl to pay. The same fake websites they designed also novao.nl , navoa.de were reported by other people before.
