Angry and disappointed
Placed order but didn’t receive any confirmation email. Not notified either from Model Buses or Royal Mail regarding delivery even though both email address and mobile no given. Was out when package delivered and it was left on the doorstep. No notification received saying it had been delivered. This package could have been stolen and we had no evidence of delivery or that it had even been dispatched. The models cost over £90 so not impressed and not inclined to use Model
Buses again.
