I ordered my item online on January 4, 2022. I had only e-mail about some points I earned. The item is not shipped. I left two messages on their website, but I didn't receive any reply. I had to ask PayPal to help me. After several days I still didn't hear from them. Horrible customer service. I would not recommend anybody to order items from their website.
