I have ordered seven dinosaur models from them. I payed using PayPal and the items were all delivered quickly in good condition and correct models. I have seen complaints on here but I have found this company very good. I had to order my last model through another company as they close for a long period in July which was a shame.

I ordered three times there, first time was good, second time three figurines were damaged so I ask for a refund and got .. 5€ coupon... The third time was the worst order that I ever got, I bought 9 things ; 8 figurines and apoxie. 7 of the figurines were damaged and didn't have a good painting job on it, the apoxie was dry.
Didn't wanted 5€ coupon so I went through PayPal, didn't ended how I wish so I close the claim, get through mails with mpv and she was so rude to me and told me I won't get anything and she won't sell to me anymore, she closed my account. (The mail was so rude I still not believe it lol)
I rather pay higher prices to have good quality than giving money to this person.

Ordered multiple times now, delivery was always very swift, none of the items were damaged and the boxes and figures were packaged adequately. However, the times I ordered a figure that has multiple colour variants, which are sold and listed separately, I received the wrong ones each time.
The first time this happened, after contacting them, they got back to me fast and immediately re-sent the correct version with a return sticker. Then it unfortunately happened again with my next order.

Can definitely recommend, unless you're trying to order a model or figure that has multiple variants, which they seem to struggle with.

Ordered some pieces from this shop, and one item was not included. When I emailed them to notify them about this, I was met with these rude replies:

"Hello,
as we have more than 1 customer a refernce number would be helpful."

AND..

"Last email, we are sending: we confirmed yesterday, that we sent the item 1 day ago. When you have something like a calendar, you would see, that the original shipment was earlier

Even when you are trying to put more and more pressure on us, we won't send the item a second time.

Please don`'t order again - we are not willing people using a mistake to get items more than they paid for!"

They also locked my customer account so I cannot see my orders and invoices.

Items came in good condition (except the missing one) and they have allegedly sent a replacement, but not very professional customer support and I will source future pieces elsewhere.
