I love this dress
I love this dress, have already worn it and received so many compliments. The material was nice, the fit was perfect and generous and looked great on my figure. I will be buying it again in another colour. I can’t wait to see more new items and have always been satisfied with my purchases.

Again, our sincere apologies for the unforeseen delays.
As highlighted in the email we sent on Sunday, the product ordered is an imported item. As it was processed during the overseas spring holidays, shipping times can slightly vary. In your case, between the holidays, and the effects of the recent weather conditions (currently shown on USPS website), this has caused a delay for delivery, which we are unfortunately not in control of.
As a goodwill gesture, in the email we offered a reimbursement of the cost of your order to be refunded upon delivery as an appreciation of your patience, therefore we are disappointed to see this review thereafter.

Great Company, but product was too small
Website and customer support were excellent. I was very impressed with the jacket style, material and quality. I usually wear a medium size. I ordered a large to ensure I could wear a light sweater under. Unfortunately the large was way too small. I could hardly try it on and had to return it.
