I am new to the diecast collectors hobby, and came across Modelmatic after an internet search. They had an incredible range including some of the models I was trying to get hold of, and lots of others that I didn’t know existed. Both orders were easy and hassle free. The cars arrived well packaged and in good condition. Lead time was very quick. I ordered a 1/43 James Bond figure and mistakenly was sent a 1/64 James Bond figure. Jon immediately sent me the "correct" scale figure(free of charge) and instructed me to just "keep" the 1/64. Awesome service. I recently bought three models from this guy and they arrived in very short order. A matter of days in fact.
There was no messing around and no shortfalls in professionalism. The models were individually wrapped with bubble wrap and cardboard to protect the models. Then those three were wrapped in bubble wrap and cardboard so there would have been no way the courier or I could have damaged them accidentally.
I was so impressed with the communication and any enquiries I may have had. Unlike other companies whom I've dealt with where they've got my money and the models may turn up at some point or other but we're not going to answer enquiries thankyewverymuch sir.
As I say this guy can have my money and I can't wait for the items I want to be in stock. I can't recommend highly enough.
