I would give no stars if I could. I bought a jacket from this site last Autumn. It arrived, but was unwearable due to it having extremely short sleeves (I am 5'3''). I contacted the website to return the item and was advised I would need to return it at my own cost to an address in China. A jacket just short of £40 was sent at a cost of £20 and four months later I still do not have a refund... for a faulty item! When i followed up, I was told they needed tracking information to refund - tracked postage would've made the cost of shipping more than the item's worth. I will never shop from this site again and urge anyone reading this review not to .

This website is pure deception. jensen-mode.com pretends to be a German or European fashion brand, but it is absolutely not. The product I received was cheap, low-quality garbage shipped from China, nothing like what is shown on the website.

The materials are terrible, the fit is wrong, and the overall quality is something you’d expect from a bargain-bin marketplace — yet they charge premium prices. The photos and descriptions are misleading lies.

Returns and refunds? Forget it. There is effectively NO return policy and NO refund. Customer service either ignores you or sends copy-paste excuses designed to wear you down until you give up. Once they take your money, they are done with you.

This site exists to trick customers, hide the real origin of their products, and make refunds impossible. Calling this a legitimate brand would be a joke.

⚠️ AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Do not waste your money. Do not trust this website. You will regret it.

I ordered 2 gorgeous dresses online that looked as though they were coming from a store in the Netherlands so I felt it was above board.
2 Pieces of synthetic junk arrived instead.
In response to my complaint, I was offered a 10% discount.
Shame on these Chinese companies who take advantage of us and pocket our money for junk in return! Where is the consumers protection?!!!!
