I have been using these products since the early years of maximal, and find it a helpful pick me up when my system is feeling depleted. I am sad to say some of the prodicts I really liked have been changed and I do not rate the new ones.

WARNING - I was charged for goods not ordered
Their system didn't show that I had a subscription so I was unaware they were going to take over £219 from my account in JANUARY (when no one has any money). I only received a refund 10 days later as by the time their offices were open (1pm UK time) the order had already shipped. I would recommend NOT ORDERING.

Title Extremely Disappointing Experience
I placed an order with Modere on 29 November 2024 (Order #500027704), and it was delivered on 10 December 2024, much later than expected. I purchased the CellProof MicroBond™ Hair System + Liquid BioCell® Skin Duo and CellProof MicroBond™ Shampoo, but despite using them consistently since December 12, I have seen no results or improvements.
Given the high cost of these products, I expected much better outcomes. To make matters worse, the Modere Scalp Brush, which was supposed to be included as a gift, was missing from the parcel.
I submitted two forms through their return procedure and have yet to receive any response. The lack of communication and resolution is extremely frustrating and reflects poorly on their customer service.
Overall, this experience has been highly disappointing, and I would not recommend Modere based on their unreliable service and lack of accountability.

I have a monthly subscription
I have a monthly subscription. As I was going to be away on travels for a couple of months I tried to pause my December subscription online but it didn’t allow me to. I rang up Modere in Belgium and they apparently agreed to defer delivery date to February 2025 but the item was still sent creating a delivery problem. In the end I had to cancel my whole subscription for the near future losing all my accumulated benefits!

Today i received my order of products of modere afrer a month but the parcel i received is fully destroyed. The bottles are torn from the bottoms. And everything is fully damaged. My trim bottles are broken.
So i want a refund of my products or replacement of my products.
I am using your products from last few months.
I want u to send my trim bottles again.

Disappointed
While I commend the expediency of the order, I regret that four out of the body lotion bottles ordered had an expiry date of 12/24. The eye gel (which is quite pricey) had 11/24 as expiry. It would prove too expensive to send the items back for replacement. I honestly hope that this will not recur. Thank you.

I can’t get my odered items and bad customer service
I received my ordered items, but 2 collagen spoons were missing. Then I wrote 2 emails and nobody replied. After that I tried to reach via Telefon, but nobody replied after 30 minutes. And finally I received an answer for my 3rd email, but the spoons are out of stock. Let’s see, if I’ll get it someday.
I am really disappointed with the customer service of Modere.
