I purchased a picture frame paid 129 pounds upon recipe nothing like what it states made of cardboard cheap and flimsy, item was slightly damaged , total misrepresentations tried asking for refund applied for refund line busy and they put the phone down during call I got fed up , just be careful very disappointed

Very bad experience

Very bad experience. I bought a wall picture, and when I opened it, I didn’t like it. The picture looked great on their website, but the real product was disappointing. I requested a return the very next day, but they didn’t respond to my email. I had to follow up multiple times, and only then did they finally agree to accept the return. However, they charged me for the return, and I still haven’t received my refund. It’s been a long time, and they are not replying to my emails anymore.

One of the most rude companies it has…

One of the most rude companies it has been my misfortune to deal with.
I ordered an item and paid extra to have it delivered next day as it was a present.
It is now stuck with the carrier as the paperwork they was was filled in incorrectly.
I have telephoned, Modern & Luxury, I have emailed them, I have sent them a voice mail and even waited on the telephone for them to answer for nearly an hour and they have not even had the COURTESY to reply to any of my messages.
Modern and Luxury do not care about their customers as the don’t even respond good or bad to reviews put on here.
My advice would be to not order anything from them because if something goes wrong they will ignore you

Honour your orders.

Being honest. Hmm. Write a review without receiving the goods after paying up front not a good idea. I’m just dreading that at that price will be cheap and nasty looking. However not had that chance yet.

UPDATED….. We are trying to return a faulty item

Update: We finally received a response. Return was arranged. They would only refund partially as insisted we pay for transport…. Still wouldn’t recommend as our experience was awful….

We are trying to return a faulty item. Have emailed, phoned, messaged, filled in the online form and have had absolutely no response. Shocking service! I wish they would just help us so we don’t have to do this! It’s not our normal MO.
