I purchased a yard address sign and was informed on December 29 that a shipping label had been created but the usps had not received it yet. Now it’s January 17 and there is stil no further information! I’ve reached out to the company and of course have heard nothing! I’m calling my credit card company today and cancelling the payment.
I ordered a beautiful address sign from this company. Within 8 months it started rusting and now my sign is so rusty you can hardly read the address anymore. I reached out to them 8 times and they keep telling me they will get back to me to handle the issue.....I have never heard from anyone. I started contacting them November 2, 2022 and it is May 30, 2023.... Still NOTHING
While I was initially quite pleased with my black house-number sign, before long it had gotten badly rusted. This issue was directly addressed in the company's Frequently Asked Questions section where they offer instructions on how to report it; viz., describe the situation and e-mail photos, which I did. After 10 days with no response, I e-mailed again to inquire why I hadn't heard back and restating my experience via their proprietary in-house messaging service. To date, over a month later, I have received no reply. Most disappointing - maddening, really, particularly since they are clearly aware of the issue and purport to be willing to remedy it but manifestly don't
