Bed is of okay quality
Bed is nice however assembly instructions were not completely correct. Also some of the holes were not proper and i had to use drill machine to make holes perfect for the screw fittings.

I absolutely not recommend this company. After 7 weeks of waiting, it turns out that my sofa went to another customer. Now I can order the sofa again and I will get a notice in 3 months. Very bad contact with customer service. Clutter and lack of information. Waste of time and money😭

Bad customer service. The quality of the wardrobe was a joke. The system only works if all walls are absolutely straight. As soon as something is out of balance, the entire attachment no longer works. The dimensions are a joke for a wardrobe. Made more for kids. Much too small for adults. No concessions from the company.

I must agree, that the walls should be straight, if the wall mounted furniture is supposed to look exactly as pictured on our website.
We have agreed that we will compensate your customer experience by sending you some extra pads for the wall, which will undoubtly help the situation in your entrance. Please update your review or write a new one, when you recieve the new parts and everything is as we agreed and promised :) Looking forward to hear from you.
Long lead times for delivery and no clear communication from customer service
Lead times for delivery way too long in spite of global logistics issues! Moreover, the way customer service handles the communication of the delay is not professional nor clear: I would rather hear ' expect delivery in 3 weeks' rather than every time I contact them hear ' is coming this week' - and this story repeats itself for almost two months.
Another unprofessional reaction is actually no reaction - writing to the complaints email address I get no answer and after some days, get the same ' is coming this week and we can provide you with 5% discount
' - appreciated, but what is 5%? Nothing!
