Wouldn't even give them a one star! They have shi*y service and don't respond to my emails! I have payed for the product right away and I didn't even receive an Email with the tracking code like promised. Because of that and after 14 days when I still haven't received my order I contacted them 3x per mail, 1x on their website and even tried to call the company, there was no answer, the only thing that I got was two mails regarding about my experience with them! I'm disappointed, want my money back and I don't recommend this company to nobody, never had a worser experience then this regarding online shopping. I wouldn't be surprised that is just a big scam!

One star is too much. It’s a scam!!!!
Purchased over 40 days ago, tracking info is bull**** as a label was created but never received in the post office. If it’s shipping from the states it doesn’t take over 3 weeks to arrive, unless it was never shipped. They refuse to refund and keep extending the excuses. I will not stop until I get my money back

They told me they will pay the tax fee but then never responded back. One ear pod is not working. It says “power on - connecting - power off” or “power on - pairing - power off”
They blocked me on their Instagram Account after I wrote about the quality and my experience with them. They block all negative comments.
