Customer support is unresponsive via chat as well as email.As per the exchange policy customers are asked to email, which I did within 24hours of delivery however no one bothered to reply even after a week.The material used is not the same as depicted in their pictures, now iam stuck with a product which I can't use, simply waste of money and time.
Its totally unworthy and worst platform to buy from..the quality is so cheap and different from the images and the customer support team doesn't respond at all ..they should be immediately blocked...such a cheater team sitting over there, while placing they order they called twice for confirmation and after that they keep cutting down ur calls , no hearing for exchange or anything at all... totally fake...my earnest advice pls don't proceed ahead for any shopping from such ghatiya site
