Just Avoid. No idea if the product is any good but the customer experience is laughable.

Where to even begin. Items out of stock, using AI to communicate which result in utter confusion, offering store credits and then not managing to even calculate the correct amount and then outright lying in the return response. Still don’t know to this day if that was a real person or AI.
Definitely sure that the product will not be good enough to overcome that very poor experience.
Don’t buy or engage.
They don’t know how to manage their stock inventory leaving items on sale when they don’t have them, the use of AI is too reliant resulting in an absolute mess and disconnection and they manage to reply just once a day by email.
Net result is I am out of pocket several weeks later. Their operation and approach and attitude absolutely stinks. Even when escalated they didn’t apologise for the bare faced lies that were stated previously

Worst service consistently…

The product itself is acceptable if you buy two sizes bigger than normal.
Wouldn’t recommend for anyone with sensory processing as the cut and sizing on the teens product changes significant each time I reorder.
Service is disgusting. I paid extra for express post and 5 days later they haven’t even got my parcel ready for shipping.
When I email I just get a generic message from ModiBodyAI. No resolution.

My first time ordering, slow response

My first time ordering, my delivery was delivered incorrectly to wrong address, i contacted this company requesting a solution (replacement or refund) also attaching proof. After much painful back and forth through their customer service they eventually sent out a replacement. I can't comment on the product itself, but because of the slow and painful experience dealing with customer service, it has put me off using this company again.

Great product

Great product, good quality and perfect for my teen. Good service as well. Only negative is the price really but they have good bundle packs and regular deals so that's good.

Horrendous experience with modibodi

Horrendous experience with modibodi, first time ordering through their website, the order was “shipped” and the label created with AusPost but was never actually received or scanned by auspost, when I followed up with modibodi (2 weeks after ordering) they said to just keep an eye on the tracking to which I contacted Australia post and they said they hadn’t received the parcel yet, I went back to modibodi with this to which they said they would follow up with their 3rd party courier, almost 2 weeks later they admitted the parcel was lost and finally said they would resend the order, a few days later they came back to me to let me know that one pair was no longer in stock and offered a store credit for my entire order, I told them no that I still wanted the rest of my order and asked if they could replace it with a different style, they said no because of a $5 price difference, so refunded the out of stock pair and said they would ship the rest of the order the next business day, 3 business days later I’ve still received no shipping notification or tracking details. Customer service is a bot and not a real person making it incredibly difficult to get any real help or customer service. Will never order from them again.

Great period pants

Great period pants. They actually work and are easy to wash. Customer Services were so helpful when I needed them. Would recommend. Have tried different brands of period pants and these are definitely the best.

Damaged Package

The post truck carrying my package caught on fire, meaning my package was damaged. The customer Service team (Cham in particular) were quick and efficient in communication and setting a resolution asap. Very happy with the service.

Horrible, gas lighting customer service.

The gaslighting from customer service is crazy. I ordered a pair of their period proof bather bottoms before my holiday and paid express to ensure it would arrive on time. It didn't arrive so I went to Rebel sport and bought plain black Modibodi swimwear breifs. When I got back from my holiday, the bathers had arrived. I messaged customer service explaining the situation and asking for a refund of the express shipping as it did not arrive in the express shipping timeframe and to return the swimmers. It's been weeks of going back and forth with customer service who seek to deliberately ignore what I'm asking. I just want my refund! On top of that, the bottoms don't work. Not for me. Blood leaked through and onto the resort towels and I was mortified.

Extremely disappointed

Extremely disappointed! Bought a swimming suit that was too small, had to pay 4 pounds to exchange it which was over 2 weeks ago. No money, no swimming suit, no refund! Zero replies to my emails. Great job I ordered it using my credit card, will have to charge back.

Don’t sleep with the period underwear on

All in all they do what they’re supposed to, but it says on the packaging that you can sleep in the period underwear but the padding doesn’t go back far enough as when I sleep on my back the blood completely misses the padding and stains my clothes, my bed sheets and my mattress. The period underwear is a good product if you’re not sleeping it’s just this one problem that happens every time that time of the month rolls around
