This is a solid meal service. I hate cooking, but I needed to be on the low FODMAP diet, and these meals were really helpful. Even though the worst of my symptoms, I could always reach for these meals... See more

The food is good and tailored to my nutritional needs, and ordering is easy. I would like to see more choices.
Mostly i lo ve the food. Ut is easy to skip deliveries or change items
I've had several (broken) weeks worth of your meals this fall, and I do feel confident I won't incite my IBS.(The break was caused by a hospital stay of 11 days.) I do wish your computer pages were more helpful though, esp the order pages. I most certainly do appreciate the direction you've taken providing meals for certain common ailments.
Some of the meals are really good. Some are quite watery and therefore bland. I've had undercooked potatoes and veggies. I find it needs to defrost in the fridge thoroughly in order to avoid the watered down meal. I love the roasted turkey with sweet potatoes carrots and brussel sprouts.
This is my third time to try this service. So far things have gone well. The carton of food arrived quite frozen (I previously had bad experience with a box of food that was not edible from getting lost in transit) a day in advance of my anticipated time. I've had one meal and it was quite tasty. So I will get back to you on the rest of these meals. Lol.
The serving sizes are small. You need an accompanying dish with it. Think TV dinner with seasoning.
These meals are very good and a bit expensive for me. But I really do like them a lot. They are also a bit hard for me to open after heating. but again the taste is very good....
I've been trying food delivery systems, and ModifyHealth presents conundrum. The food is good, but the packaging sucks. The food arrives in a black plastic tray with a clear film over the top. You puncture or peel back the corner of the film before microwaving. Then after letting it "rest" for a minute, you peel the film off and serve. That's where the problem comes in. At best, the film is annoying to remove; at worst it's a really difficult pain in the derriere. Every other manufacturer on the face of the earth has found a way to make that step easy, so why can't they?
Their "customer care" people reported that "I'm happy to let you know that we are in the middle of switching to a flat top seal. The vacuum seal keeps meals fresh for longer, and safe in travel from rupturing but we do understand that it is not what most are used to." Unfortunately, they don't know when the new packaging will be rolled out, and I don't know if it's worth waiting.
The meals are good. Portions are a little small for me but I’m on a heavy training plan and require more calories. They are definitely shy with the protein but I’d say more than half of the cost is packaging which they do very well. Meals are great to take to work or when I don’t have time for meal prep.
The food still tastes awful !!
This is my second try !!

Prompt deliveries, Tasty Meals, Great Service.
Would've given 5 stars if there were more of a variety.
Dad is complaining about the meat not being fully cooked.
I appreciate the convenience of this meal service, particularly for people dealing with specific dietary needs. The quality of the food is top-notch for prepackaged meals, and I know I’m getting a healthy balanced meal.
I love the convenience of having meals delivered to my front door. I am pleased that most of the packaging is recyclable. The meals are delicious. I have several food restrictions and they can be accommodated by ModifyHealth. The food is never dried out and chewy. Always flavorful. My one ding here is the quantity. After eating I am still a little hungry and have to supplement with a small salad, cooked egg, etc. I am not a huge eater, but even for me I would like a bit more.
I will continue to use this product because it fits my lifestyle, the food is delicious and it does not trigger any of my health issues.
