I advise against purchasing from them online. I purchased a Tahitian pearl from their online Hyderabad store, having been misled by the photo, which depicts a larger pearl and a longer chain than the one I received. It's true that they include a "description," but the website description isn't consistent with the advertised photos, which misleads buyers and is an unfair commercial practice. These people don't accept returns or refund, and the right to cancel the order, from dissatisfied customers. It's all very depressing and should have opened my eyes to the fact that a high-end jewelry store would never act this way.

ModiPearls.com is an excellent online store for pearl jewellery needs. I came to know about this store on my visit to Hyderabad and later on an occasion when I needed to gift a jewellery to someone, I used their store and dropped a message requesting expedited shipping and premium packing. I was surprised with the way they handled my needs, I got the parcel before time and the packing was better than I had expected it to be.
