Absolutely terrible platform

Absolutely terrible platform. They send me a damaged item, which I reported promptly and also commented about across their social media promotions. I was then told that I would get a refund, and was requested to remove my comments, which I did out of goodwill. Since then I have been ghosted and there has been no response whatsoever. I am appalled by their absolute disregard of their customers. Stay away from this platform, they are nothing short of a scam.
