Watches arrived fast, love the way they look and feel will definitely look at some more.

These watches are awesome. Got compliments at a watch shop about the case. Customer service is top notch you get a real person responding back you and handling your case. Its a thing most companies dont have these days.

I was skeptical at first but I loved the watch. Specifically the look of the watch. I’m definitely purchasing more.

Have been trying to get an answer about a return for a month and nobody will answer me. The watch looks like something you would get out of a vending machine. Complete joke of a company. Stay away!

Very quick and easy. Order showed up as advertised. Beautiful watch and keeps great time with surprisingly great power reserve.

Chat on site is ai the tracking number I was given by the bot is for parcels coming from China not Florida I have asked numerous times for updated shipping and have not received anything besides they are working on getting in contact with there “shipping dept” very unsatisfactory experience. If I do not a receive my watches or money back I will be asking my credit card company to do a charge back. If enough people request it credit card company will not do business with them

The watches that I ordered came in.
They were supposed to be GMT. There was no extra hour hand. They said I needed to tell them that. Appears that when you order a GMT you have to tell them it needs a gmt hand. Ridiculous. They also took my order and changed the free bracelet portion. Somehow their website allowed me to order them as the “free” prize.

Very good quality watches. The movements are smooth with no issues. Definitely is worth 2-3 time the price I paid. Only issue is I ordered the Zombie color way and received the all gold color way, but I like the watch so i'll keep it.

The watches themselves are marketed as high quality custom made pieces. The watches i received were mass produced junk. Bracelets are all cheap and unfinished. The glare makes them ineligible and essentially useless. When i reached out to request a return, i was told i was unable to because i removed the packaging from the watch. I understand it’s their policy, but it’s their policy to trap people into keeping their garbage after it’s too late. the watches are not worth the price tag, extreme buyers remorse.

I appreciate the transparency where they let me know the timeline and progress of the order to the delivery date. It was delivered on time. Honestly when I received my watch, I was a little disappointed as I thought it looks mediocare. However, when I wear it, it feels differently. I now appreicate it more. It looks good on my wrist. Thank you Modsera for this nice watch.

My watch broke within three months just from un screwing the crown to be able to change the time. When I reached out, they told me that this was misuse and their quality control so it worked just fine when they had it before it was shipped out. I’ve maybe worn this watch eight times in three months. I’m now stuck with a watch that doesn’t work.

The finish for the bracelet for one watch Santino is not good and very sharp. Original Cartier tried on watch and it suits / feels good. Replica one does not look and feel good.

Great watches. Just no watch case arrived.

Cheap strap. Can only return if you have not removed the cheap plastic wrap to reveal the cheap strap. Waste of 300 bucks.

Overall the watch is decent. I am disappointed in a few things however. The color isn't the deep cobalt blue as depicted, the screw down crown has sharp burrs on the finish and the underside of the bezzle is very sharp as well. Along with burrs on the crown, the threads are very gritty. The hour and minute hands blend in with the face and are a bit tricky to read, especially in low light situations. The lume is nice and bright when charged but I have yet to see how long it will last. Finally, on of the main reasons I chose this watch over competitors was the fact it was advertised to have a depth rating of 10atm as opposed to other similar watches with a rating of 5atm........this watch is only rated to 5atm as well. Knowing that, I could have taken advantage of the buy 2 get three deals elsewhere. Hopefully long term use will sway my opinion in a more positive direction. UPDATE! Customer service......0. Not happy with the finishing of the watch and since I removed the plastic to inspect.....Modesera will not return or exchange the watch. They have since stopped responding to my emails. Very disappointed.

Honestly was skeptical at first, but did the 2 for 3 deal. The watches turned out great. Better than I expected. So far no complaints but put 4 stars because I’m not sure how well they will last long term yet and the shipping updates were not great. Otherwise I’d say I got what I paid for

First Impressions: 10/10
My watches from Madeira have just arrived, and I have to say the unboxing experience alone deserves a review. The packaging was absolutely outstanding. After inspecting the exterior of the parcel, I opened it to find each watch box carefully bubble-wrapped, and every individual box placed inside its own cotton drawstring bag — a level of care I honestly didn’t expect.
The watches themselves come in an extremely high-quality presentation box, complete with papers and even a tool kit to adjust the strap size. A fantastic touch.
As for the watches, my first reaction is simple: I’m blown away. The initial quality looks exceptional — far better than I anticipated. The attention to detail, the finishing, the overall feel… everything gives a strong impression of craftsmanship and pride.

I’ll be doing a follow-up review every 30 days to evaluate how the watches hold up over time, but based on first impressions, it’s an easy 10 out of 10 from me.
