What can I say about the big Johnny Bradly!!! In the small time I’ve known Johnny I’ve learnt a great deal. His work ethic is impeccable. He stops at nothing to help the person in front of him, Johnny is the definition of hard work and dedication. He pours his heart and soul into “Mods of your generation” and it shows through his many mentions through news articles on his charity events to his outstanding and honest reviews. Johny we all appreciate the work and time you put into any task in front of you! Keep up the work mate.

From day one, Johnny has been supportive of my humble efforts at self-publishing and this support has translated into an increased profile for both Mod Ghosts and Proper. What makes this even more noteworthy is the selflessness with which it was delivered. No financial motivation, no ego, just enthusiasm for the scene and good old human decency. By the very nature of the Mod movement it’s impossible to put your head above the parapet without attracting negativity from some quarters. I get the feeling Johnny isn’t remotely phased by this inevitability and, crucially, it doesn’t stop him doing what he does. A great site and a proper gent.

Johnny Bradley is the owner and driving force behind Mods of Your Generation. It is a brilliant website with reviews, interviews, news, debates and info on the mod culture.
Whether you new to the scene, not a part of the scene or joined the mod scene 'back in the day', there will be something for everyone - the site informs, stimulates debate and has up to the minute on what's new in the mod culture - there might be an album review, or an article on a new band or highlighting a lesser known older band. Johnny is constantly on a voyage of discovery - he champions new genre bands like the Subsetters and their Skindie sound, he gives honest reviews on new mod films like To Be Someone and the amazing, Pebble and the Boy. He has promoted and reviewed many Mod magazines. Fanzines and mod books including my own (Remembering the Chords) and he will seek out Mod radio stations for the best exposure. Recently he's taken to producing podcasts and live broadcasting and has become a central point for all that is mod. Johnny's passion for the mod scene and his natural ability to bring artists together has resulted in many successful charity events, in particular the Telford March of the Mods for Teenage Cancer.

An absolutely fantastic site full of honesty and integrity, caters for Mods of all generations hence the “your” gives a platform for good musicians to showcase their talents. The charity work is non stop and the diverse nature of the site ensures inclusion for all. I especially enjoy the live sets from performers young and old, traditional and eclectic. A big shout out to One man CEO/Admin/Receptionist/Head of charity/sales and anything else that pops up Johnny 👏👏
