I signed up to Modulr on 24 April, and somehow they managed to charge me twice for the remaining part of April’s monthly subscription, even though the application had not yet been approved. It makes me question why you would take a payment for a service that was not yet provided (and then take the payment twice).
Then, on 5 May, they charged me again for the month ahead, despite the fact I still had not received approval for my application or access to the service.
I contacted support on 5 May to request a cancellation and refund. I received no response, and the application was still not approved. I followed up again on 7 May, again requesting cancellation and a refund. I then followed up once more on 12 May.
It is now 15 May. I still have no response, no application approval, and no refund.
I am posting this on Trustpilot in the hope that someone at Modulr actually responds.
If their service is this bad i would not trust them to be involved in banking transactions.
