Betingelser for prisgaranti
Prisgarantien gælder i 30 dage fra den dag, du har fået varen leveret eller afhentet, og ikke fra bestillingsdatoen. Det betyder, at selvom du har bestilt en vare i god tid, f.eks. i august med levering et par uger senere, så starter prisgarantien først den dag, varen leveres til dig.

Very good customer support and good product
I recently purchased a chair from Møbelkompagniet. Upon delivery, the screw packet was missing. The customer service team at Møbelkompagniet was very helpful in trying to resolve the issue. Although they initially contacted the supplier, there was no response. Møbelkompagniet then took it upon themselves to send me a new screw packet from their own supplies. The chair is of great quality, and I appreciate their dedication to customer satisfaction. I would recommend Møbelkompagniet for their excellent customer support.

Unreliable Delivery Time
The product was good quality and good price, but it arrived with more than 2 weeks of delay (arrived on June 17th, and planned for May 17th). I followed up multiple times via email (there is no tracking system) and they kept on moving the arrival date. Generally, it does not seem like they have a good control of their deliveries. The day it finally arrived, we were already on holidays ( I had warned them about this) and a friend had to come and pick it up. The delivery person was also very rude. My friend asked if he could help her move it inside the main door (1 meter away from the curb) until her husband arrived to help her move it upstairs, and he refused because the delivery was
“to the curb”. I understand that, but when the ask is so small, and when the circumstances were created by the company, I find the response to be unreasonable and create unnecessary tension. Personally, it would really need to be a good deal to order again from them.

Very nice chairs, good quality.
I bought 2 chairs, great quality, nice design. Nothing to complain about. Overall perfect experience, customer service very helpful when I called to ask if it's possible to change the colour of the chairs right after I ordered.
