The quality of the shirt is just…
The quality of the shirt is just average and not appropriate for the original price even if there were no customs and shipping.
For customers in the EU: Please take into count that you have to pay customs AND an additional handling fee for your parcel service for managing the customs. In our case it was 26€ on top.
Also keep in mind that you pay customs for the product price AND the shipping fee.
During the check-out process Moefreak points to the fact that customs may be added.
After all I won't buy there anymore due to high shipping costs and customs.

Thanks for the honest feedback, we always appreciate it. We are sorry to hear that you were left unsatisfied with the quality of your Moe Freak hoodie. Unfortunately, being based in Norway has the same drawback as any other company outside of the EU, in that there may be customs fees depending on location. Our shipping fees are as low as they can be without it being baked into the price of the product itself. Was there anything in particular you did not like about the hoodie? We would love to know how we can make it better in the future ^^
