I ordered months ago and have not received my orders. I had to reach out multiple times to get a response. I only got a response when I told them I would report them for fraud. The response was to put blame on the previous owner and tell me they can’t fulfill the order (even though I gave them all of the information for the orders) nor would they be refunding me, then offered a 30% discount on future orders. This company is a scam!

I am missing not one but two orders They do not have a phone number all they have his email. Can I get a hold of them have charged back and will not be doing it again these people are pathetic.

It’s has been over a month from when I placed an order and it says that it has not yet been shipped. I have reached out to them on their Instagram page and still nothing. I am now trying to cancel my subscription with them but they will not respond to anything. I am
Not sure what happened to them because I have had a good experience with them in the past. But now, they are nothing like the company they once were. I would not buy anything from them until they have some accountability. At least reach out to your customers when they make inquiries. Stay away!

Ordered two products late October and one product has never been delivered. No phone number, only an email to contact. I have emailed numerous times, sometimes with no reply. They have said several times they will reship missing product, but never have. Had to contact my credit card to get my money back. Will never order again.

Their support is a gmail address. No way to call. The number on your credit card bill doesn't even work. I was missing items from my order. Also not communicated at all that some products ship separately. I got the Shilajit separately weeks later after I order/received my order. I am still missing an item with no way to contact them. Will not order from again.
