Unreliable Company – Faulty Product and No Support

I bought three Zigbee thermostats from this company, and one of them arrived faulty. I contacted their support, and at first they responded and promised to send a replacement. After that, they kept delaying.

Based on my experience, their customer service is unreliable and unhelpful. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company.

Update: At the end they sent new unit.

Avoid buying their products

I bought some of their Wi-Fi thermostats (through resellers) and it worked for few months. Most devices lost Wi-Fi connection after first power cut and cannot get them reset. Emailed Moeshouse but they are looking for excuses for not helping me and can’t say what is wrong with their devices
Now stuck with thermostats that cannot be remotely controlled and probably have to replace them
Avoid MOESHOUSE product!!!

Scammed my credit card requiring me to initiate a chargeback.

Edit:
They refunded the card after a while, not exactly the full amount but im glad I got something back. Shorted me 50+ cents.

I've ordered 6 smart curtain switches

I've ordered 6 smart curtain switches. After 1 year 3 of them stopped working (only continuosly beeping) Now 2 years and stopped working. Asking for support they only bring up solutions that don't work. Like reset, re-install, etc, while the switch doesn't respond at all anymore. Even with video of those switches where you clearly can see it won't work anymore, they continue saying it has to be resetted to start working again. They don't answer your questions and they don't give correct solutions. Better not buy at that company

I have ordered x6 smart zigbee radiator valve and one of those would not pair up with gateway.
After having provided all video evidences on the matter they would come up with invalid argument as to why that would be...
Order knowing that if your item is faulty Moes HOuse will do everything to not honor their seller status and try to get away with it.
Poor business pratices.

No Support a all, i have order for 200 euro varies sensor and 2 of them didn't work from the beginning, could not get support. I'm suggesting to would avoid that company.
