Sourced an engagement ring from Jarod, who was super professional and attentive throughout the whole process. The ring itself is exquisite and exactly how I wanted it. Even with the ring needing to be resized, it was easy to book in an appointment to get a perfect fit after the proposal. I recently also got the ring cleaned which again was a seemless experience. If you are looking for a nice engagement ring, I would 100% recommend Jarod!

We don't live in Melbourne, so we couldn't come in for an in person consultation, but Jarod's prompt, polite and friendly email correspondence took a lot of fear out of the experience of designing our ring and having it made for us. We had a specific budget, and they gave us options which fit with all of our requirements and budget. Booking a time to pick up the ring was easy and they allowed us to have a relative pick up our ring after sharing a few details to ensure that it was being picked up by a trusted family member. The photos that have been sent make the ring looks absolutely amazing.
