Makes! A gentle roll is literally all it takes, it’s like a spa massage that you can carry in your pocket. Attractive design and colours, I particularly recommend the thermo, but both are equally effective for relief from muscle ache. Support videos readily available and easy to follow. Can not recommend highly enough.

Highly recommended!
Moi therapy products are very high quality. The exterior surface finish is amazingly smooth! This is very important as it is the contact point with the skin. Thermo and Compact can easily be carried in a pocket to be used anywhere. No electronics to go wrong. Above all it's really effective at easing aches and pains in all parts of the body. Works without needing massage oils and therefore can be used over clothes in the office.

Having suffered a severe ankle sprain I had the themos compact which really helped me get back to the gym by easy the muscle strain making my rehabilitation much quicker!
