A giant money hungry scam . The customer service always has a excuse as to why you will never receive a product or a refund. Even if you order the nail kit and no nails the email response will tell you it take 4-6 weeks to perfect the nails and lashes even if you didn’t order it . They tell you you can’t have a refund because it’s hand made but you’ll never see anything . DO NOT BURN YOUR MONEY WITH THEM!
This business is a complete joke! They will never dispatch your order, nor will you ever get a refund no matter how many times you request for it. They will block you on their social media pages when you warn others to not order from them. Please, if you're reading this, don't waste your time or money on Moitie as they're not practicing ethical business standards for their customers. This business is a joke, they said my "order was process" but they only created a label, even then, the creation of the label date and time is a scam.
