Great price and quality of print on cups. Very good packaging. There”s no possibility to modify order once it is placed.

Good print quality and packing. However, recipet adress form striped last chars of adress after confirmation. Imiditly contacted support (usualy resppndimg on 1-2 days) on my case it took 4 days. Web page or autoresponders give no idicstion that support is only on english. In responsenthey informed that adress has been corected, it was not true. Luckly, DPD allow recipet to redirect package after first delivery failure.

I am dissatisfied with the service. The product (printed photo as a framed "painting") had been delivered to me after 7 days (5 working days) - it had been dispatched from the manufacturer on the 5th working day EoD. It was much later than was advertised on the webpage (that the complete time of delivery is "up to 4 days"). What is even more serious, the company doesn't answer phone calls (I tried many, many times), and replies to e-mails only after the much TOO LATE product had already been shipped, thus ignoring my requests placed in the meantime to cancel the order.

I sincerely advise against using this service.

Realisation time according to web-site is on 24 hours. In my case, it’s more than 5 days. Status of my order is still “paid”. No reaction on my e-mails and enquires. That is fraud!

Zamówienie nie dotarło, czekam już 12 dni. Dostałem informację o dostarczeniu. Wydałem pieniądze w błoto. Już nigdy więcej nic tu nie kupię. Żądam zwrotu pieniędzy.

Parcel doesn't come, but infirmation about delivery shows up on my e-mail. Im working remotely whole day until evening, so I will know that it comes or not. I feel cheated.
I just lost 158PLN. I will not make order again in this shop. I want my money back!
