Save Yourself the Frustration
My experience with Mojo Go Casino has been nothing but a headache.
I made the minimum $5 first purchase to receive the $15 welcome bonus. Depositing the money was quick and easy—but that's where the positive experience ended.
Not a single game actually works. I can open a game, but the moment I hit the first spin, it freezes, crashes, or tells me to contact customer support. This has happened with every game I've tried.
Before contacting support, I ruled out the possibility that the problem was on my end. I tried multiple browsers, used Incognito mode, and even tested it with a VPN. Nothing made a difference. The games simply would not play.
I contacted customer support five separate times over the last two days and have yet to receive a response from an actual person. Every time I receive nothing but automated chatbot replies telling me everyone is busy or to contact them during normal business hours. Meanwhile, my issue remains completely unresolved.
At this point, I haven't been able to use the money I deposited, I haven't been able to play a single game, and I haven't been able to get a refund. All I want is my $5 back and for my account to be permanently closed.
Thankfully, I only risked $5. If this is how new customers are treated, I would never feel comfortable depositing a larger amount. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Mojo Go Casino.
I’m gonna leave a 5 star review to counter the 1 star reviews solely because they are misinformed. I purchased a package and never got to play, but the site is now in matenience mode, the same llc that operates jackpot daily is the llc that owns this site. So before you bombard reviews saying that they are frauds and scammers, just be patient, holy heck, jackpot daily pays me all the time so I have no doubt this site will be up and running soon.
Complete scam! Games dont work and there is no customer service. This site is getting shit down
Pretty sure this is a scam. Deposited and none of the games work, there's no customer support, none of the bonuses work. Avoid!
