So much fun, so much movement, so much sweat!! The most fun I’ve had exercising ever!!!

Fantastic, fun class that really lifts your spirits, whilst keeping you fit at tge same time. Friendly group of participants and Cheryl is legendary.

Mojo Moves is the best keep fit class I have ever used. Brilliant exercise, great music and guaranteed to put a smile on your face.

Another life affirming Silent Disco with lovely people, great tunes and a gorgeous location. As soon as you put the headset on a big grin appears on your face ☺️

Mojo Moves is everything a fitness class should be but so rarely is — fully inclusive, genuinely free of judgement, and with far more laughs than you'd ever expect from exercise.
I have physical disabilities, I'm very overweight, and coordination is not exactly my strong suit. None of that matters here. Whether it's Zumba-style, Dancexercise or something in between, Mojo Moves lets you exercise in the way that works for you — and crucially, in the way that works for you on that particular day. There's none of the competitive undercurrent that creeps into so many group fitness settings. Just movement, music, and a genuinely welcoming space.
Ginny is professional and highly empathetic, and her alter ego Cheryl Sprinkler — a full-on disco diva armed with enough sparkle and one-liners to carry you through to the very end — is an absolute joy.
I can't recommend Mojo Moves highly enough.

the fitness class is so high energy and fun. I loved the retro feel, which took me back to me youth which I really enjoyed. I left feeling empowered and happy. thank you

Amazing Solstice silent disco at Vallis Farm. Well organised, friendly and a lot of fun. Would highly recommend.

Holding a silent disco at Vallis Farm was a really original idea and the other participants were fun and danced their socks off!

It was nice to watch the solstice sunrise with a group of lovely women and at £15 the event was keenly priced.

It inspired me to get a pair of wireless headphones to dance in my own garden at sunrise.
