Do not buy

Do not buy. The puffer jacket I bought was so thin it didn’t keep me warm on a summer evening - poor quality.
I immediately asked for a return but they will only offer store credit and have not responded to my emails. Feels like a scam.

Not a returns friendly web company. Unhelpful policies.

I ordered 2 items and spent nearly $400. They were on sale, but I think given the price inflated costs anyway. I kept one items but the other item, a linen dress felt really scratchy (turns out it was 55% linen and 45% rayon - these are both natural and modified natural fibres which I own a lot of, so I have no idea why this dress was so awful against the skin). I asked to return it which they said it wasn't faulty and on sale so I could only return for credit. I didn't really want or need anything. I ended up having to pay more money to buy something more expensive for something I vaguely liked and ended up on a larger spend I did not want to. I had to pay for shipping back too. My family run's an NZ clothing brand (smaller than Moke) and offers free returns on all clothing. What a crap anti customer policy.

Moke apparels - very poor return policy

Moke apparels have a very poor return policy which is extremely customer unfriendly. Their website mentions that customer has to pay for the return item and once you return it at your own cost they email you to say you now have to pay for shipping again to send you the exchange item. I ended up paying $40 in to and fro shipping costs which was 25% of the item cost. No amount of escalation helped as my feedback was met with apathy, Moke do not care about resolving the the customer's complaint or dissatisfaction. I regret the purchase and wish I never bought with this company. Never again.
