The selection at Mokwheel is okay, but I expected more variety in the bikes. The staff was friendly and helpful, which was a plus. Overall, decent place but not exceptional.

Ordered the basalt st 2.0. Everything arrived fast and in great shape. Easy to assemble and riding in no time. I’m 54 and this this is comfortable to ride and sure make it fun to be on a bike again. It helps take the edge off riding uphills and in the wind. Definitely like Mokwheel and would recommend it to anyone

After doing a lot of research on dual suspension ebikes I decided to buy the Mokwheel Obsidian and I'm very happy I did.The bike is every thing I hoped it would be.I use it mainly for riding easy and sometimes hard single track MTB trails here in Florida where we have a lot of tree roots to deal with and it handles them with ease and comfort.It's like riding a Cadillac car, powerful, smooth and predictable. It was delivered when they said it would be, it was packaged very well with no issues about damages,and was very easy to put together, it's a very well built and a beautiful bike, I'm very proud to own this bike and to take it out on the trails to show it off. Their customer service is world class with an immediate response every time I call and I do call a lot with questions and comments to make just because I enjoy talking about the ebike with their highly knowledgeable staff. So if your looking at a Mokwheel bike to buy, look no further because like I said I did a ton of research and looked at many other bike companies. I ride it almost everyday and have put about 300 miles on it in the couple of weeks I've had it, it's a ton of fun to ride and a good way to get exercise at the same time!

We love our Mokwheel bikes. We own three of them and enjoy each one. We have two Basalt ST’s and one Mesa Plus ST. We love the power they have and the distance you can go on one charge. We take them to Cades Cove and ride thru the cove which has many steep hills to climb and they do it with such ease and a very smooth ride. We also ride them on the riverfront here in Chattanooga and they are easy to maneuver when approaching walkers which is important for us older (72 and 68) folks knowing that we won’t loose control and possibly hurt someone else or hurt ourselves. We have a local bicycle shop where we take them to get them checked out from time to time and when we have needed parts he has been able to contact Mokwheel and they send what we are needing directly to him. You simply can’t beat that for great customer service! We have so many good, fun and memorable moments because of owning these bikes plus they help to keep us active. I can’t recommend them enough no matter what your age you will have a great time when you ride.

My wife and I decided that we wanted to have a couple E-Bikes to take with us on camping trips. We ordered two from Mokwheel and we could not be happier. We ordered the full accessory kits with both so that we could add some extra comfort and the ability to carry items on the bikes. They were very easy to assemble and learn to operate. We are very happy with our purchase.

Love my Obsidian. Everything arrived quickly and was easy to install. Suspension is great. Build quality is great. I'm 5' 7" and the bike just fits me. If you're shorter, you may want to consider a version without the top bar. Also, Mokwheel has an assembly video that is helpful in identifying which parts go where.

Well, I've been riding ebikes since 2020 and have over 20,000 miles on them. My favorite ebike is a Juiced Bikes Ripcurrent S. It's torque sensor, range, response was the best. I also upgraded to a color lcd which made it even better. It used a 52V system with a 19.6Ah battery. The range was near 80-100 miles. I got hit by a car which messed up the controller and the battery. Unfortunately Juiced Bikes went out of business so I could no longer get parts.

Now for the Mokwheel Basalt. It kinda does have a torque sensor, but it seems to work more like a cadence sensor. It is very laggy. Especially going up a hill. I almost always have to hit the throttle to keep going. The whole ECO/Power on the display is goofy. When I need the power, I want it immediately. But in order to preserve power, it doesn't work that way. It also seems to use the gear you are in to apply power at different speeds. The way power is applied in any power assist level seems the same to me. The throttle seems like an on/off rather then a range of speed. One thing missing is the cruise control mode when you hit the Down button. It works in power only mode but not in power assist. It should work in both.

I wish the display split the battery level with 1/2 and 1/4 markers standing out. It's hard to tell how much battery is left. The power display shows how laggy the power assist is. I would rather have a Watt meter instead of a power bar that really has no meaning.

I bought the bike based on a review on youtube. And it was really the only ebike with 19.6Ah battery and a torque sensor. It will do the job for me currently. But Juiced Bikes bought by the Lectrik bike company owners. I'll probably get my old ebike fixed or by a new one.

The Basalt is ok, but I may have selected a differnt bike if I was able to test drive it. It works for now.

Great for retired couple. Easy to get used to even if you haven’t ridden for a while. Sporty and fun!

The bikes are impressive, easy to build out of the box and fun to ride. A Basalt 2.0 for me, a Scoria for my wife. With warm weather I'll be using the Basalt for a commute to long beach which should be a nice ride. With parking at a premium where we live, the bikes will allow us to get around town without losing our parking spaces.

My wife and I are retired and decided we wanted to join other retirees on their weekly e-bike excursions. We did our research and we both are very happy with our Mokwheel Basalt 2.0. If we were given the choice of keeping what we have or trading to another brand we would still get the Mokwheel Basalts! If you are in the market for an E-bike I would recommend you try out the Mokwheel before buying anything else! You will not regret it!

I recently ordered the Basalt ST and all I can say is WOW! Shipping was so fast and the bike showed up in 3 days. Assembly was straight forward and easier than I thought. My first impression is holy smokes this bike is comfortable and fast. With the large tires and comfortable riding position long rides are a breeze and this bike moves! This is my first e-bike and I’m so happy I made the purchase. Looks awesome and performs great!

My Wife purchased a Mokwheel Scoria from a local dealer and she loves it, I use a older regular pedal bike that I have had for some 25 years and use it quite often. I liked how my wife would say how much fun she was having on her new Scoria so I decided to purchase a Mokwheel also, I went to our local dealer and tried out a few different bikes and decided that the Obsidian was the bike I would purchase so I ordered one thru Mokwheel.com (the local dealer did not have the color I was looking for) The bike was delivered by FedEx in 5 days, set up was easy for me.
we both use our Mokwheel bikes on weekends, I use my Obsidian almost every night for exercise and exploring my local parks and roads and I can say without hesitation that I'm glad I Made the purchase.
This Mokwheel Obsidian goes everywhere I want to go and I have a blast just cruising around town.
the power is very impressive and handles like a much lighter bike, the battery range is impressive.

I’ve been watching e-bikes for little over a year. Reviews and features, the whole works. The selling point was the power converter. Now that I’ve ridden the Obsidian through the woods and on Atv trails. This bike is an absolute beast. I’ve climbed hills that proved difficult for an UTV to get up. Super smooth and fast. Shipping was fast and flawless. Setup instructions and video was a piece of cake. The bike is built like a tank, strong and heavy. I have no regrets.

Some little scratches when delivered. Got some discount on the bike though.
Very like the bike, its powerfull and the Batterie last long. But the support of the engine could be more fine-tuned.
In spite of that its lot of fun using it!

I bought the Mokwheel Basalt and the Mokwheel Asphalt St. My wife and i are very happy with the bikes. They have a very good Quality and and are above what we expected. The Motor is very supportive but can be configured so that it fits your stile of cycling. The assembly was very easy but you should have a little experience with bikes if you do it yourself. You have to check everything so that you will not endanger yourself. I can say that both bikes where in perfekt condition and also perfektly pre assembled. I am riding the bike daily since the middle of March and it is a great experience. The only two thinks i have to criticize is the distance i can ride with one charge of the Batterie. It is around 55km to 60km. It is a lot of up and down and I use motor support berween 3 and 5. I still think that it is quite the distance. Another isue i had was with the padels. They seemed to be quit sturdy but they bent when i realy stressed them climing a hill. I bought myself some higher end padels and everything is fine. If you are a heavy and strong guy you should think about just replacing them from the beginning. Everything else ist sturdy and doesn't bend. I fully recommend the bikes. You will not get something better for the price. Another very importent think is that you musst be aware that a lot of bicycle shops will not support you when you have to do a repairs (in switzerland). So if you have to replace something you musst be able to do that by yourself with the help of the service team from mokwheel which I really.find very friendly and helpful. Go buy one and have fun.

Excellent customer service, while the bike was still under warranty some parts failed to operate properly, received replacement parts ASP and an email with clear instructions on how to install and test, received call back as well to check how the new parts are functioning.
