First off Mokwheel pays for reviews. Better hope you don’t have an issue that needs help from customer service. It’s managed by a person named Ellerbee. He tells you he will do stuff to correct the problem then you never hear from him. If you do hear from him or her they have decided that it’s too costly to fix the mistake or he has decided you caused the problem. There doesn’t seem to be anyone to discuss your issues with. My brand new Osibian has had multiple problems and these people just laughed me off and said there was nothing I could do about it.
Buyer beware.

We bought two e-bikes after researching several independent reviews and went with Mokwheel. We couldn’t be happier. The bikes were delivered quickly and were easy to assemble and have worked great. We ride both in the desert and on roads and these are perfect. Unfortunately one of the bikes arrived with a small pinhole in the rear inner tube and customer service was easy to reach by phone and sent a replacement tube right away. I would recommend Mokwheel to anyone looking to buy a solidly built e-bike.

Delivery was on time. Instructions for assembly were very clear. Bike is sturdy. Have ridden about 1,000 miles on the trails and have had no problem

I wanted an ebike a long time before I decided to move forward with my purchase. I wanted to feel confident going into the purchase that I was getting a quality product for my quality money. I reviewed online consumer reviews and then consulted with good friends who had experience with various brands. Mokwheel was the final answer. I have been very satisfied with the Basalt model I selected. I have been asked many times about what kind of bike Im riding, where I got it, etc. The bike earners attention because of its looks. Ive made several recommendations and expect I will be making more.

Ordered two Basalt ST last month and I love them! Great smooth power and can handle any terrain with the fat tires. The accessory pack is perfect and has everyone you need for many adventures on these great bikes!

Me and my wife both enjoy this bike It has the speed we need as well as the distance. We really enjoy riding it on the capital Trail. I’ve had knee replacement surgery so this bike really helps me keep active and pedal and helps me go up the hills it saves my knee we were going to buy two, but it doesn’t come in pink at the time of our purchase.

Bike was shipped out quickly and arrived in good condition. Easy to put on the few parts. For my weight i am 240lbs. It did a good job and had plenty of power to get up and go. Overall the look the quality was excellent.

I have to say that I am impressed with Mokwheel's customer service. Alice was very helpful, and did what she could to resolve the issue. Even going above and beyond to make sure that I was satisfied with Mokwheel's customer support. Thank you very much Mokwheel!

The delivery very was faster than eypected. The Bike is nice and works geeat. I had an issue with it after some time and talked to support - they helped me finding the issue and were super nice and helpful. They then delivered the needed part to swap out in just 2 days. I was really greateful for this fast and technical accurate support.

Broken battery lock on an Mokwheel Asphalt ST. Company has no replacement. So now I have a ebike that I can’t remove battery and it’s still under warranty.

What started as a great experience has turned into a nightmare. First, the plastic battery harness shattered when removing the battery. Mokwheel support has agreed to replace this for free, but the part doesnt arrive until September (was ordered early july). I keep the bike in a shed with the battery inside the house. I dont believe a quality connection would have broken so early in ownership of the bike.

Fine. One small part seemingly non-critical part (bike still ran), and the support team tried to make it better which i appreciated. However, the issues have compounded. Recently, my bike started giving error code for faulty brake lever connection. I looked up a guide and resolved the fault, or at least got the brake lights to turn back off. Now the PAS and throttle have stopped working. The motor refuses to drive the chain at all. The bike is essentially useless. I tried bleeding the brakes and adjusting the brake lever sensors, but no luck. Both brakes otherwise work well and i bled them for good measure. Still no luck.

I reached out to mokwheel support and am waiting to hear back.

I’ve put over 400 miles on the Mokwheel Basalt 2.0 so far, and I’ve been really impressed with how well-made and reliable it’s been. Shipping was smooth, and the packaging protected the bike well. Assembly wasn’t too difficult—it was up and running pretty quickly.

The performance has been solid. The bike gets up to 28 mph if you’re pedaling hard with PAS 4 or 5, which is more than enough speed for most rides. Battery life and power delivery have both been consistent, and the overall build quality feels durable and dependable.

Definitely a great value for the price. Would recommend to anyone looking for a sturdy, fast, and well-built eBike.

I bought the Mesa Lite ST 1.0 bike from Mokwheel. It was delivered before the promised date along with the deluxe accessory kit. Assembly was straightforward and all the tools necessary were included. Its performance has exceeded my expectations. My brother has had his Mokwheel for 2 years and I bought mine based on his recommendation since he has had no problems in all that time. I think that Mokwheel sells great bikes at a great price and I have recommended them to anyone who asks.

I am 68 years old I needed an E bike to help me to continue to exercise and help me get up hills and such. I find the bike particularly useful because I can still move my legs and exercise my legs and when I need the extra power that is automatic, I am loving this bicycle. I go out every morning for an hour or so to keep my Cardio and muscle tone and shape. The quality is exceptional. I also ordered the kit of accessories and the quality of these accessories are also very good. I plan on doing a little more distant rides in the future as I get back into shape the bike is comfortable, adjustable and fun!

Bought the Obsidian ST 2 months ago and have ridden 950 miles on it. Used mostly for commute to work but sometimes some off road trails. The bike offers a smooth, peppy ride that softens most of the bumps in the road. Battery lasts about 80 miles in level 1. The rear suspension is excellent. With the addition of the shock absorbing seat post, the saddle is extremely cushy.
The front forks seem to lose a bit of stability when going fast. When cruising on smooth pavement, I often ride with no hands. On this bike, if going over 15mph, the handlebars will wobble a lot! Maybe due to the cadence of my peddling or the flimsy feeling in the front forks. The team at Mokwheel have reached out to me with some suggestions to solve this but I havnt had a chance to implement these changes.
Overall this is a great bike. Perhaps not quite ready for offroad trails and too beefy for me to regular around town commuting but a joy to ride!
I would definitely recommend!

My wife and I thouroughly enjoy our Basalt and Basalt 2.0. Easy to assemble and no issues so far. We look forward to the ease of operation and the Power Assist levels are perfect. Very solid E-bikes and very economical as far as price point. Very happy with our purchase and already planning many bike tours for this summer.

I bought 2 basalt e-bikes.
They came well packaged, were easy to assemble. Tools are provided. Instructions are complete.
The torque sensor provides the right amount of assist to make biking easier yet allows me to exercise and ride and a good pace on any terrain. Great bike.
The best part is the accessories that are available. The value of what you get for the money made my decision easy. I’d do it again
