I loved my daytours with Lilia to Old Orhei and Cricova as well as with Tatjana to Transnistria and especially the lunch in her family home, which was the highlight of my entire trip! I can't thank you enough for that lovely experience! The ladies were terrific guides and everything was well organised.
But the communication with the office was more than underwhelming - no response for days, very late confirmation or cancellation of tours, very late communication of meeting points etc. And everything after multiple trials from my side to get in touch.
I was mostly disappointed that I got a very last minute cancellation of a tour that had previously been suggested for about a week, so I couldn't find any replacement with another agency as it was already in the middle of the night. I would have been ok with a cancellation two days or at least one day before, but not the night before and again I got this information only after multiple trials to get in touch. There was no pro-active communication.
So, the booking process was arduous, but after that the experiences I had on the tours were wonderful!
