No delivery

Ordered on the 4th of January. The delivery hasn't yet happened at all.
The customer "support" asks to check the delivery faq which I find quite rude - I've written to them telling they are violating the delivery times.
Extremely disappointed, this company treats its customers as a scam.
I wish I had checked the reviews before making the order.

need to be patient

need to be patient. Very patient when dealing with this company. I ordered two diaries 14 days ago. 9 days ago I got an email saying my parcel was sent via DHL. Yet the tracking was for Yodel who for 9 days said the package was on the way to them. After trying twice to contact them. They said my Christmas present for my wife would arrive on the 30th December. A bit late. The website says order placed before 13th December would be delivered in time for Christmas. Not believe it. Personally I would never ever order anything online from Moleskine.com. While I like their products their website and customer service is atrocious.

Pretty much the same as all other reviews

Pretty much the same as all other reviewers, purchased an item online 8 days ago. the parcel company confirms they still have not received the item.
Moleskine's customer service is pretty substandard.
they don't seem to have a problem taking our money but when it comes to deliver.... Never again!

Ordered a personalised item, received an item with no personalisation

I am so upset with Moleskine's service.

On 3rd December I ordered a personalised notebook as a gift. I received the notebook in the post on 13th December with absolutely no personalisation.

The only way you can contact Moleskin is through an enquiry form on their website and no email address is given, so I have no other way of contacting them.

I have written to them and I am hoping that they will proceed to send me the item which I ordered. It's so upsetting as their items are expensive and I expect excellent service with that, as a minimum. We are so close to Christmas now, so I doubt they will be able to process my order correctly and ship it in time.

Very disappointing and upsetting.

Update: After quite a lot of back and forth via email, Moleskine agreed to send me a credit voucher to cover the cost of a new notebook and free postage - thank you!

As per previous posts this company has…

As per previous posts this company has such poor customer service, I ordered a diary on 12th November, to date it hasn't been delivered. I have sent several emails to customer services, one reply which stated they were investigating the order and remain at my disposal. Ridiculous for what is thought of as a reputable company

Not even one star

Its a shame I had to give them even one star. First their website is a shambles and made a mess of my shipping address which I noticed when my my order confirmation came through. I contacted their customer services via email (which bounced back), I then went through their website and finally Facebook to request them to amend the shipping address to the correct one that I had entered. I was told simply no....'we remain at your disposal'...what a sham!
I then requested that my order was cancelled and was told it was not possible as per their T&C's. I corrected them as to my consumer rights and was told it would be passed on to the cancellations team to 'verify if cancellation was possible'. At this stage I would rather revert to using a chisel and a stone tablet to write on than ever have dealings with them again. Two days and many emails/messages later my cancelled order was despatched this evening to the incorrect address. I am going through PayPal and my credit card company to get my money back. Dreadful company.

Update: Cancelled order arrived which they 'kindly' arranged to collect, it has been returned and signed for back in Italy and now my request for a refund email are going unanswered.

Appalling treatment of customers

Moleskine should be ashamed of the treatment of their customers. I made an order two months ago for two diaries that I have not yet received. I have had to continuously email customer care for an update or a refund, to which I have either been given a vague response saying that they are waiting for information from the courier or I have not received a response at all. I requested to speak to a senior member of staff, which was ignored. It is appalling to think that this company would take money from customers, fail to deliver the product and not provide a refund.

Beware of the returns process

Beware if you need to return an item it’s a nightmare. You have to request this via a contact form on their website they will then write back and ask you to return it to an Italian address tracked which will cost you at least £13.00 which is more expensive than the item purchased! They will also only give you 14 days to do it! Just don’t bother using them or order from amazon!

Terrible customer care

After waiting 16 months for a replacement Moleskine Plus Pen I still have had no contact. The pen did not work from the minute it arrived. It was sent back last year and still nothing. I have contacted Moleskine several times to be told "We have a new system, so we'll get back to you". No one does. I could not recommend Moleskine less. Sadly I now have to go through the courts to get my money back.

Very disappointing

Very disappointing, I doubt I'll ever order online again. Very slow to process order and the support agent didn't really read my issue correctly when I wrote to them. I love their products but online shop is dreadful. Do yourself a favour, go to a nice bookshop and buy from the shelf.
Edit: The provided tracking number doesn't work either! I have no idea where my order is, eleven days later!

Technically ca.moleskine.com (though shipped from the US)

The right item came (I don't know if all the stickers and such are inside [limited edition notebook] because it's a gift and I don't want to open the plastic). The website said shipping 3-5 business days which is a complete lie. It took 7 business days which is fine, just not what was expected, though I understand it is important to a lot of people that it comes in fast. The receipt (or paper) that came with it said it was free shipping which was also a complete lie and didn't state the price of the item which was a tad weird. I was really worried reading all the other reviews, but for me, it wasn't that bad.

Cannot cancel online orders, on the hook for return shipping costs

I have asked to cancel an order placed on Good Friday about 30 minutes after placing the order.
Told by customer service it would have to ship to me so that I could then request a return and I would pay for return shipping.
Website says 2-3 days for order processing and pretty sure nothing is shipping on Good Friday.....
TERRIBLE customer service, would NEVER order from this company again

Worst customer service and lies about delivery times

Worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. Very disappointed, according to their website my order should of arrived by Christmas as I placed my order on the 10th December which leaves 10 working days and online it says I need 6 but It’s now not going to arrive until January. If the website has said that it would have taken longer then I wouldn’t of ordered it. They've already taken my money out of the bank and I didn’t even receive an apology when talking to their customer service, they were extremely really rude and unhelpful. Never will I be ordering from them again.
